Abstract: A polypropylene composition comprising oligomers having a semi-volatile organic condensable (FOG,VDA 278 October 2011), content of 50 μg/g to about 400 μg/g of the total polypropylene composition, and volatile organic compounds (VOC,VDA 278 October 2011) in an amount of less than 80 μg/g of the total polypropylene composition, wherein the weight ratio of said oligomers versus said volatiles is more than about 5.0, wherein the polypropylene composition has an MFR2 (ISO 1133, 230° C., 2.16 kg) of 10 g/10 min or higher, wherein the polypropylene composition a flexural modulus (ISO 178 on injection moulded specimens of 80×10×4 mm prepared in accordance with ISO 294-1:1996) of from 1000 to 2000 MPa, and wherein the total quantity of slip agent is at least 500 ppm.

Abstract: Multilayer film comprising at least a skin layer, a core layer and an inner layer, the skin layer comprising a homo polypropylene or a random propylene ethylene copolymer including up to 2.5 wt.-% units derived from ethylene, the homopolypropylene or the random propylene ethylene copolymer having a MFR2 (ISO1 133, 230° C.) of 2.0 to 20 g/10 min and a melting temperature (Tm) of above 148° C. measured by DSC according to ISO 11357-3:1999 and a scan rate of 10° C./min; the core layer comprising a mixture obtainable by melt blending 20 to 100 wt.-% of a random heterophasic copolymer and 0 to 80 wt.-% of styrene based TPE, whereby the random heterophasic copolymer has a melting temperature (Tm) of 134° C.-148° C. measured by DSC according to ISO 11357-3:1999 and a scan rate of 10° C./min and includes a propylene ethylene copolymer rubber; and whereby the styrene based TPE has a styrene content of from 5 to 20 wt.-%, and the inner layer comprising a random propylene ethylene copolymer having a melting temperature (Tm) from 132° C. to 144° C. measured by DSC according to ISO 11357-3:1999 and a scan rate of 10° C./min, wherein the multilayer film is free of phthalic acid esters as well as decomposition products thereof.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a polypropylene based composition comprising: (A) from 40.0 to 85.0 wt % of a heterophasic propylene copolymer having a content of xylene cold soluble (XCS) fraction in the range of 15 wt % to 35 wt %, based on the total weight of the heterophasic propylene copolymer; (B) from 5.0 to 15.0 wt % of a random copolymer of propylene with comonomer units selected from ethylene and alpha-olefins having from 4 to 12 carbon atoms which has been polymerized in the presence of a single-site catalyst system and has a melting temperature Tm as measured in differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) of less than 140° C.; (C) from 5.0 to 25.0 wt % of an ethylene copolymer with alpha-olefin comonomer units having from 4 to 12 carbon atoms with a density of from 850 kg/m3 to 900 kg/m3; and (D) from 5.0 to 25.0 wt % of an inorganic filler, wherein the amounts of components (A), (B), (C), and (D) are all based on the total weight amount of the polypropylene based composition, said polypropylene based composition having a melt flow rate (MFR2) as measured at 230° C. and 2.16 kg load in accordance with ISO 1133 in the range of 2.0 g/10 min to 20.0 g/10 min, an article comprising said polypropylene based composition and the use of said copolymer (B) for reducing the paint adhesion failure of an article comprising said polypropylene based composition.
