    Abstract: The present invention provides an improved inner-supporting-type online roundness correcting device for a semifinished wheel, which comprises a machine frame, hydraulic cylinders, guide rails, servo motors and correcting wheels. When a bulge of the wheel is met, angles of left correcting wheels II are adjusted through a left servo motor, the left correcting wheels II are kept to be in contact with an inner rim of the wheel all the time and remain stationary in the position, and then, a left hydraulic cylinder enables a left correcting wheel Ito press the bulge of the wheel, so as to recover the roundness of the bulge; and when a depression of the wheel is met, right correcting wheels I are kept to be in contact with an outer rim of the wheel all the time and remain stationary in the position through a right hydraulic cylinder, the angle of a right correcting wheel II is adjusted through a right servo motor, and compressing hydraulic cylinders enable the right correcting wheel II to press the depression of the wheel, so as to recover the roundness of the depression.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a flexible clamping device, which is composed of a housing, a shaft I, a sleeve I, a cylinder, a connector, a shaft II, a clamping spring, a protective pad, a pressure block, a shaft III, a sleeve II and a bottom plate. The bottom plate is provided with two steps on which wheels having different sizes are fixed respectively. When the large-sized wheel is put on the bottom step, the cylinder drives the connector to move right in a plane, the protective pad on the pressure block presses the hub of the wheel, and the function of compacting the large-sized wheel is thus realized; when the small-sized wheel is put on the bottom step, the cylinder drives the connector to continuously move right in the plane, the protective pad on the pressure block presses the hub of the wheel, and the function of compacting the small-sized wheel is thus realized. The flexible clamping device in use can meet the requirement of mixed-line high precision clamping in the wheel burr brushing process, has the characteristics of ideal effect, high efficiency, safety and reliability in work and high degree of automation, and is particularly suitable for batch production on production lines.

A motor II drives an upper brush to rotate, cylinders II enable the upper brush to fall through posts III, and burrs of a front surface can be removed when the upper brush is in contact with the front surface of a wheel; a motor I enables an outer ring and a geared ring I to rotate through a belt I; a motor III enables an inner ring and a geared ring II to rotate through a belt II, directions of rotation of the inner ring and the geared ring II are opposite to that of the outer ring, and brushes are driven to rotate through a gear; and cylinders IV enable a lower brush to rise through guide posts I, and burrs of a back cavity of the wheel can be removed when the lower brush is in contact with that back cavity.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a deburring device for a back cavity of a wheel, composed of a machine frame, a clamping and rotating system, a rising and falling translation system and brush units.     Abstract: The invention discloses an improved wheel alignment device which comprises a rack, a cylinder, a servo motor, a hollow shaft and the like. When the improved wheel alignment device is used, a stopper on a roller table centers a wheel, air enters at the lower end of a large piston and causes a long cylinder rod, a flange end cover, an expanding sleeve and the like to rise; the flange end cover is in contact with a wheel flange plate, and after the expanding sleeve is in contact with a central hole, air enters at the upper end of a small piston of a small cylinder, a short cylinder rod pulls an expanding core downwards, and the expanding sleeve clamps the central hole of the wheel; the servo motor causes the hollow shaft and the wheel to rotate by a belt pulley I and a belt pulley II, and the hollow shaft and the wheel stop rotating after a sensor finds the position of a valve hole of the wheel; at the moment, lifting cylinders cause a supporting plate to rise to a certain height through guide pillars, and a large cylinder causes the wheel to descend and the lower end surface of the wheel to fall above the supporting plate. The improved wheel alignment device can realize the alignment function before the automatic machining of wheel finish turning in use, and when the wheels with different wheel widths and different offset distances are automatically produced, programs do not need to be switched.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a wheel deburring device, which comprises a machine frame, motors, guide rails, a lead screw, sliding tables, cylinders, a brush, etc. Conveying roller ways enable a wheel to reach approximate middle positions of four V-type rollers, the wheel is lifted by lifting cylinders, a pneumatic motor drives the lead screw to rotate so as to enable a left sliding table and a right sliding table to drive the four V-type rollers to synchronously clamp the wheel, and a drive motor is used for achieving the rotation of the wheel in a clamped state. A servo motor drives the brush to rotate, rising and falling cylinders lift the brush through four guide posts, certain pressure is applied to the brush when the brush is in contact with flange corners of the wheel, then, the brush starts to remove burrs from the flange corners of the wheel, a servo electric cylinder I is used for achieving angle adjustment on the brush, and a servo electric cylinder II is used for achieving position adjustment on the brush through guide rails I; and when the brush is adjusted to an appropriate angle, the burr removal of rim corners can be completed, and thus the wheel deburring device can adapt to wheels of any model.
