    摘要: An apparatus includes a self-centring device for centring and guiding a bar, tube or the like to be advanced to a spindle of a machine tool, includes a hollow containing body with through opening having a longitudinal axis, for receiving a bar to be fed along an advancement direction to the spindle; in the body an inner sliding surface is defined that is tilted with respect to the longitudinal axis; centring and guiding elements are provided housed in the hollow body and shaped for coming into contact with the bar and exert thereupon a distributed centring and guiding action; the centring and guiding elements that are slidable along the inner surface for the distance thereof from the longitudinal axis to adapt to different bar diameters; in the body an elastic member is housed to urge the centring and guiding elements to the position of minimal reciprocal distance so as to induce and maintain, during operation, the centring and guiding elements in contact with the surface of the bar. An advancement device is further disclosed for the bar, having a supporting and guiding member configured for restingly receiving, from a first side, a bar and configured for guiding said bar along an advancement direction, a movable grasping member mobile from a disengaged position, further from the member to be separated from the bar, to a locking position, nearer said supporting member to press longitudinally the bar from a second opposite side against the supporting member; advancement motor device is configured for rotating the supporting and guiding member and/or the movable grasping member in the locking position to draggingly advance the bar along the advancement direction.

At least one centering device (8; 35) is associated to said machine, which centering device centers a tubular workpiece (5, 5′) in relation to an axis of rotation (D) of the machine for machining pipe ends extending in the center of the machine, the tubular workpiece either being stationary in the case of a rotating tool head (4) or rotating in the case in which the tubular workpiece is fastened in the machine chuck (9). Precise centering of the tubular workpiece (5, 5′) is quickly and simply achieved in that the centering device (8; 35) has a clamping housing (13; 130) that is open toward the axis of rotation (D), which clamping housing is designed comprising at least three means (14, 15, 16; 140, 150, 160) for contacting the tubular workpiece at the outer circumference and for clamping the tubular workpiece (5, 5′) in a centered manner, which means are circumferentially distributed and adjust mechanically independently of each other to the particular diameter of the workpiece (5, 5′) to be machined.

    摘要: Disclosed is a clamping device of a balancing machine for coaxially clamping a toolholder on a spindle rotary about an axis of rotation (3), in which the coupling shank (8) is supported in the receiving socket only on discrete supports (11-15) which are spaced from each other circumferentially and lie in three relatively spaced engagement planes (E1, E2, E3) intersecting the axis of rotation (3). Four rigid discrete supports (11-14) are arranged in pairs in the first (E1) and the second (E2) engagement plane and combine to form a rigid support in a first radial direction. Formed in the third engagement plane (E3) lying between the first and the second engagement plane is a fifth discrete support (15) which effects a supporting function in a second radial direction opposite the first radial direction.

    摘要: The invention relates to a centering bushing for centering a material bar which is supplied to a chuck of a lathe. An outer construction and an inner construction arranged therein are rotatably arranged about the longitudinal axis of a material bar. The inner construction is arranged to be rotatable with respect to the outer construction. The outer construction has means to fix the inner construction with respect to the chuck. The outer construction has a centrifugal force device which produces a force corresponding to the rotational speed. The inner construction has a centering device which leads to a centering of the material bar due to a force exerted on the centering device. A force transmission unit is arranged between the outer construction and the inner construction and ensures that the inner construction can rotate, with respect to the outer construction, and transfers the force produced by the centrifugal force device to the centering device.
