Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide an uplink power control method and a terminal. The method includes: obtaining, by a terminal, a power control impact factor, where the power control impact factor includes at least one of the following: beamforming information, a subcarrier spacing, a time length, or a service type; determining, by the terminal, a transmit power of an uplink channel based on the power control impact factor; and sending, by the terminal, the uplink channel at the transmit power of the uplink channel. The embodiments can improve uplink power control precision.

The method includes: A first terminal device receives first signaling from a network device or a second terminal device, the first terminal device determines that the first signaling is used to schedule transmission of sidelink feedback control information, and the first terminal device transmits the sidelink feedback control information based on the first signaling, where the sidelink feedback control information includes at least one of channel state information, a receiving response, or a scheduling request.

Abstract: Disclosed are a signal sending method, a priority configuration method, and a device. The signal sending method includes: determining that S signals overlap in time domain; determining M signals in the S signals based on a maximum transmit power of a terminal device and priorities of the S signals, where the S signals include n sidelink signals and k uplink signals, n is a positive integer, k is an integer greater than or equal to 0, a total transmit power of the M signals is less than or equal to the maximum transmit power, and M is a positive integer; and sending the M signals. In embodiments of this application, a plurality of sidelink signals may be simultaneously sent, or a sidelink signal and an uplink signal may be simultaneously sent, thereby resolving a problem that currently a sidelink signal and an uplink signal cannot be simultaneously sent.

Abstract: When a transmission overlap between uplink carriers of at least two PUCCH groups exists in time domain, obtaining, by the terminal device, minimum reserved power of each PUCCH group based on transmission duration and/or transmission content; during transmission of uplink information, transmitting the uplink information after reducing power of an uplink carrier of each PUCCH group based on maximum transmit power and minimum reserved power of the uplink carrier of each PUCCH group, where transmit power of the uplink carrier after power reduction cannot be lower than the minimum reserved power; and if power on an overlapping part of an uplink carrier of a first PUCCH group is lower than minimum reserved power of the first PUCCH group, discarding information on the overlapping part of the uplink carrier of the first PUCCH group.

Abstract: A transmit end obtains a frequency hopping parameter and resource allocation information of a to-be-transmitted message, where the frequency hopping parameter includes at least one of bandwidth part indication information, beam indication information, reference signal configuration information, subcarrier spacing indication information, transmission waveform indication information, slot type indication information, channel type indication information, or transmission carrier indication information. The transmit end determines, based on the resource allocation information and the frequency hopping parameter, a physical resource used to send the to-be-transmitted message, where the physical resource includes information about a frequency domain resource on which the to-be-transmitted message is mapped in at least one time unit. The transmit end sends the to-be-transmitted message by using the physical resource.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a synchronization method, user equipment, and a base station. The synchronization method includes: obtaining, by user equipment, synchronization information, where the synchronization information includes at least one of the following information: synchronization source selection parameter information, synchronization source indication information, or synchronization source priority information; receiving, by the user equipment, a first synchronization signal sent by at least one synchronization source; and determining, by the user equipment, a synchronization reference source according to the synchronization information and the first synchronization information. In the embodiments of the present invention, the synchronization information is obtained, and the synchronization reference source is determined according to the synchronization information and the synchronization signal of the at least one synchronization source, so that synchronization can be implemented.

Abstract: The present invention provides a signal measurement method and apparatus, where the method includes: receiving, by user equipment UE, a measurement configuration message sent by a base station, where the measurement configuration message is used to indicate a reference signal type; performing, by the UE according to the reference signal type indicated by the measurement configuration message, signal quality measurement on a cell to obtain a measurement result; and sending, by the UE, the measurement result to the base station. The method provided in embodiments of the present invention is used to resolve a technical problem in the prior art that normal communication of UE cannot be ensured because RSRP and/or RSRQ of neighboring cells cannot be measured based on an existing reference signal when the neighboring cells use different carrier types.

Abstract: Example information transmission methods, terminal devices, and access network devices are described. One example information transmission method includes determining resources for carrying N pieces of uplink control information (UCI) partly overlap or completely overlap in time domain. The N pieces of UCI include at least one piece of beam channel quality information and at least one of a piece of channel state information or an acknowledgement (ACK)/a negative acknowledgement (NACK). A priority of the beam channel quality information is higher than a priority of the channel state information, and/or lower than a priority of the ACK/NACK.
