Abstract: A message transmission method and device relating to the field of communications technologies is disclosed, so as to improve an anti-interference capability in message transmission. The method includes: generating, by a base station, a scrambling code according to a first time parameter; then scrambling a system message according to the scrambling code; and finally sending the scrambled system message to a terminal on a physical broadcast channel. In this technical solution, because the first time parameter has different values at at least two different moments, scrambling codes determined at the at least two corresponding different moments are different. Therefore, a possibility at which the base station uses a same scrambling code to scramble a same system message repeatedly in a time period is reduced, so that an anti-interference capability in system message transmission is improved.

Abstract: This application discloses a data transmission method which includes: receiving DCI, wherein two TBs or one TB can be scheduled in the DCI, the DCI comprises a third bit, the third bit indicates that a quantity of the TB(s) scheduled in the DCI is 1 or 2, and the DCI further comprises a first bit and/or a second bit; and when the quantity of the TB(s) is 1, performing, based on the third bit, and the first bit or second bit, uplink or downlink data transmission, wherein the first or second bit indicates a NDI associated with the TB scheduled in the DCI; or when the quantity of the TB(s) is 2, performing, based on the third, first bit, and second bit, uplink or downlink data transmission, wherein the first and the second bit respectively indicate two NDIs associated with the two TBs.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a method for transmitting positioning assistance data and a device. The method includes: receiving, by a network device, at least one positioning assistance data message sent by a positioning server, where the at least one positioning assistance data message is used to carry positioning assistance data; and broadcasting, by the network device, a system message to a terminal device, where the system message is used by the terminal device to obtain the positioning assistance data. According to the embodiments of this application, the network device broadcasts the system message to broadcast the positioning assistance data. In this way, a problem of low efficiency of transmitting existing centralized positioning assistance data can be resolved, and a problem in the prior art that a positioning server needs to perform signaling communication with each terminal device in a unicast transmission scenario can be avoided, thereby reducing signaling overheads.

After sending the uplink data and receiving the first indication information from the network device, the terminal device may not monitor the PDCCH search space within specific duration.

Abstract: A data transmission method and apparatus are provided. The method includes: sending, by a terminal device, a message 1 including a random access preamble to a first network device; receiving DCI and a message 2 including downlink data scheduled by the DCI from the first network device, wherein the DCI and/or the message 2 include/includes first information, which is used to schedule ACK/NACK feedback information of the message 2; and sending the ACK/NACK feedback information to the first network device based on the first information. According to the application, the first information is used to schedule the ACK/NACK feedback information, therefore the terminal device may send the ACK/NACK feedback information of the message 2 to the first network device in an MT-EDT scenario based on the first information, thereby improving robustness of transmission of the downlink data in the message 2.
