Abstract: A reference signal transmission method and apparatus are provided. The method includes: receiving, by a first terminal, uplink reference signal configuration information from a base station, wherein the uplink reference signal configuration information comprises configuration information of a first-type reference signal and configuration information of a second-type reference signal that the first terminal needs to send; and sending, by the first terminal, a first-type reference signal and a second-type reference signal to the base station based on the uplink reference signal configuration information. The method can be applied for V2X (vehicle to X), and/or, sidelink transmission, and/or, D2D (device to device) communication.

Abstract: Embodiments provide a method for transmitting a reference signal between a base station and a terminal. In this method, a parameter is determined by a terminal based on frequency domain location information of a frequency domain resource unit. The parameter is used to determine a sequence of the reference signal, and the reference signal is carried on the frequency domain resource unit. The reference signal can be sent to the base station by the terminal. In some embodiments, the reference signal sent by the base station can be received by the terminal. According to this method, a peak-to-average power ratio when a single terminal sends data to a base station can be reduced, and communication interference between different cells can be canceled or reduced as much as possible.

Abstract: An uplink power control method and a communications device are described. The method includes receiving, by a terminal device, power control indication information sent by a network device. The power control indication information indicates a first power offset set, and the first power offset set is any one of at least two power offset sets. The method further includes receiving, by the terminal device, a transmit power control (TPC) command sent by the network device. The TPC indicates a first offset in the first power offset set. The method includes determining, by the terminal device, uplink transmit power based on the first offset. Impact of cross interference is considered in determining the uplink transmit power. Thus, the method can meet requirements of future mobile communications and improve system performance.

Abstract: A resource configuration method and an apparatus are provided. The resource configuration method includes: receiving, by user equipment, configuration information sent by a network device, where the configuration information is used to indicate at least one time interval and at least one time-frequency resource unit within the time interval, and the time-frequency resource unit includes a first time-frequency resource subunit and/or a second time-frequency resource subunit; and reconfiguring, by the user equipment, a resource mapping manner and/or a rate matching manner based on the configuration information, so that no downlink receiving or uplink sending is performed by the user equipment on the first time-frequency resource subunit, and adjusting a timing offset of the second time-frequency resource subunit to perform downlink receiving or uplink sending on the second time-frequency resource subunit obtained by adjusting the timing offset. Resource utilization can be improved while ensuring that the user equipment correctly receives data.
