Abstract: A reference signal transmission method and apparatus are provided. The method includes: receiving, by a first terminal, uplink reference signal configuration information from a base station, wherein the uplink reference signal configuration information comprises configuration information of a first-type reference signal and configuration information of a second-type reference signal that the first terminal needs to send; and sending, by the first terminal, a first-type reference signal and a second-type reference signal to the base station based on the uplink reference signal configuration information. The method can be applied for V2X (vehicle to X), and/or, sidelink transmission, and/or, D2D (device to device) communication.

A time domain location of a time domain resource configuration that is in a first wireless communications system and that is aligned with a time domain resource configuration in a second wireless communications system is determined based on a time offset, and a terminal performs data transmission with the first wireless communications system at the determined time domain location. In this way, interference with the second communications system is avoided.

The method also includes the terminal device sending a measurement report to a network device, where a measurement quantity type of the measurement report is related to the slot format of the non-serving cell, and the measurement report corresponds to the measurement resource.

Abstract: An indication method includes: receiving, by a terminal device, configuration information sent by a network device, where the configuration information includes at least two of a subcarrier configuration parameter, a time parameter of a first period, and a total quantity of slots included in the first period; and determining, by the terminal device based on the configuration information, information about a second period within which the terminal device performs data transmission by using a bandwidth part BWP. The network device may notify the terminal device of a plurality of SCSs supported by a cell and period information corresponding to the SCSs. The terminal device may determine information about a period within which data transmission is performed by using the BWP, so that the terminal device transmits data by using the cell.

Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of wireless communications, and in particular, to a transmit power control technology in a wireless communications system. In a transmit power control method, user equipment performs transmit power compensation on subframes in different subframe sets by using different power compensation amounts, and sends data in the subframes by using uplink transmit powers on which the transmit power compensation has been performed. According to the solution provided in this application, smoothness of a signal-to-noise ratio of each uplink subframe can be ensured when a full-duplex technology is applied, and reception performance of the uplink subframe can further be ensured without causing excessively large signaling overheads.
