    Abstract: Apparatuses, methods, and computer readable media for assignment of secondary millimeter wave channels. An apparatus of a station (STA) is disclosed that includes processing circuitry configured to decode a basic service set (BSS) operating channels field and a primary channel field from an access point (AP) or personal basic service set control point (PCP), wherein the BSS operating channels field is a bitmap that indicates which 2.16 GHz channels of a plurality of 2.16 GHz channels are permitted to be used for transmissions in the BSS, and wherein the primary channel field indicates a 2.16 GHz channel of the plurality of 2.16 GHz channels that is a primary channel of the BSS. The processing circuitry may be further configured to determine the primary channel, a secondary channel, a secondary1 channel, and a secondary2 channel based on the BSS operating channels field and the primary channel field.

    Abstract: This disclosure describes methods, apparatus, and systems related to a channel estimation field (CEF) for various standards, for example, the 802.11ay standard, for single carrier (SC) MIMO channel estimation. In one embodiment, the CEF can use Golay complementary sequences. In another embodiment, the Golay complementary sequences can be defined similar to Golay complementary sequences definitions that can be found in various legacy standards, for example, the legacy 802.11ad standard. Various embodiments of the disclosure can allow channel estimation in the time domain and/or frequency domain, having small or negligible inter-stream interference. Various embodiments of the disclosure can enable an extendable structure for various M×N MIMO configurations, where M and N are positive integers.

    Abstract: This disclosure describes systems, methods, and devices related to using enhanced acknowledgment and power save. A device may determine a multi-user (MU) multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) frame associated with a MU-MIMO group. The device may determine a first portion of the MU-MIMO frame associated with the first station device of the MU-MIMO group, wherein the first portion comprises a first indication of a first time offset associated with the first station device. The device may determine a second portion of the MU-MIMO frame associated with the second station device of the MU-MIMO group, wherein the second portion comprises a second indication of a second time offset associated with the second station device. The device may cause to send the MU-MIMO frame to the MU-MIMO group. The device may identify a first acknowledgment from the first station device based on the first time offset.

    Abstract: For example, an EDMG initiator STA of an asymmetric beamforming training may be configured to, during a Beacon Transmission Interval (BTI) in a Beacon Interval (BI), transmit a beacon via a sector of the EDMG initiator STA, the beacon including allocation information to allocate a beamforming training allocation for asymmetric beamforming training of the sector during a Data Transfer Interval (DTI) in the BI after the BTI, the beacon including one or more Receive Training (TRN-R) subfields for the asymmetric beamforming training of the sector; during the beamforming training allocation, to listen on the sector for one or more Sector Sweep (SSW) frames from one or more EDMG responder STAs; and, during the beamforming training allocation, to transmit via the sector a sector acknowledgement (ACK) frame including information based on the one or more SSW frames.

    Abstract: Some demonstrative embodiments include apparatuses, devices, systems and methods of communicating a channel estimation field with Golay Sequences. For example, an apparatus may include logic and circuitry configured to cause a wireless station to determine a first sequence having a length of 1536 based on a first combination of a pair of Golay sequences, each Golay sequence of the pair of Golay sequences having a length of 384; to determine a second sequence having a length of 1536 based on a second combination of the pair of Golay sequences; and to transmit an Enhanced Directional Multi-Gigabit (EDMG) Physical Layer Convergence Protocol (PLCP) Protocol Data Unit (PPDU) over a channel in a frequency band above 45 Ghz, the EDMG PPDU including an EDMG Channel Estimation Field (CEF) including the first sequence followed by the second sequence, the channel having a channel bandwidth of 6.48 GHz or an integer multiple of 6.48 GHz.

For example, an apparatus of a SC Physical Layer (PHY) transmitter may include a spatial stream parser to distribute encoded bits of a Physical Layer Convergence Procedure (PLCP) Service Data Unit (PSDU) to a plurality of spatial streams; a plurality of constellation mappers to map encoded bits of the plurality of spatial streams into a respective plurality of streams of constellation symbols according to a constellation scheme; a Space Time Block Code (STBC) encoder to encode the plurality of streams of constellation symbols into SC symbol blocks over a plurality of space-time streams; and a transmit beamforming module to map the plurality of space-time streams to a plurality of transmit chains.
