    Abstract: A connector includes two insulators which hold contacts connected to lead wires and are arranged on two surfaces of a ceramic element, a spring component which includes two cantilever-shaped spring pieces and has a flexed portion at a middle portion of each spring piece, and a cylindrical sleeve. The two spring pieces are located over two outer surfaces of the two insulators, and are elastically deformed toward the two insulators by the sleeve hanging over the two spring pieces. The two insulators pushed by the flexed portions of the two elastically deformed spring pieces hold the ceramic element from two sides to push the contacts against the terminal electrodes.

    Abstract: A device comprises a first seal member, a second seal member, a first circuit member, a second circuit member and one or more compressive members. The first seal member has a first outer portion having a first seal portion, and a first inner portion located inward of the first outer portion. The second seal member has a second outer portion having a second seal portion, and a second inner portion located inward of the second outer portion. The first seal portion and the second seal portion are bonded together. The first circuit member and the second circuit member are shut in a closed space which is enclosed by the first inner portion and the second inner portion. One of the compressive members is located between the first seal member and the first circuit member or located between the second seal member and the second circuit member.

    Abstract: An antenna has an antenna main portion formed on a substrate and a facing portion separate and distinct from the substrate. The antenna main portion has a ring shape with a split and has a first end portion and a second end portion which form the split. The facing portion has a holding member, a first facing portion made of conductive material and a second facing portion made of the conductive material. The first facing portion and the second facing portion are held by the holding member so as to be located apart from each other. The first facing portion has a first principal portion and a first connected portion connected to the first end portion. The second facing portion has a second principal portion facing the first principal portion and a second connected portion connected to the second end portion.

    Abstract: A connector includes a base member having a projection, a contact made of a conductive material and having a projection accommodating portion of a recess shape into which the projection is inserted, and a housing holding the contact. The housing has a holding mechanism configured to hold a flexible conductor disposed to extend across an opening end portion of the projection accommodating portion of the contact. When the projection of the base member is inserted into the projection accommodating portion of the contact together with the flexible conductor held by the holding mechanism, the flexible conductor is sandwiched between a lateral surface of the projection and an inner surface of the projection accommodating portion to contact the inner surface of the projection accommodating portion. The contact is electrically connected to the flexible conductor.

    Abstract: A facing portion of an antenna is provided with a first capacitance complementary adjusting portion which adjusts variation of a capacitance caused by a first movement of a second facing portion relative to a first facing portion and a second capacitance complementary adjusting portion which adjust variation of the capacitance caused by a second movement of the second facing portion relative to the first facing portion. The first capacitance complementary adjusting portion has a first variable portion and a second variable portion which have mutually opposite effects on the capacitance. The second capacitance complementary adjusting portion has a third variable portion and a fourth variable portion which have mutually opposite effects on the capacitance.

    Abstract: A connector comprises a first member and a second member. The first member has a lock spring portion, a lock portion and a regulated portion. When the connector and a mating connector are in a mated state where the connector and the mating connector are mated with each other, the lock portion locks the mated state together with a locked portion of the mating connector. The first member is configured so that, when the mating connector is forced to be unmated from the connector under the mated state, the lock spring portion is resiliently deformed so that each of the lock portion and the regulated portion is moved in a combined direction of upward in an up-down direction and a first horizontal direction. The second member has a deformation-preventing portion provided with a regulating portion. A range of the movement of the regulated portion is defined by the regulating portion.

    Abstract: An optical module includes a first optical block, a second optical block, and a metal part. In a state that the metal part is assembled with the first optical block, the second optical block is sandwiched between the first optical block and the metal part. The metal part includes two spring pieces. The two spring pieces are along both lateral surfaces of the first optical block. Locking parts which are formed on both lateral surfaces of the first optical block are hooked on the two spring pieces. The second optical block is pressed against the first optical block in a direction, in which the metal part is assembled with the first optical block, by a spring force which is generated when the two spring pieces are hooked on the locking parts.
