    摘要: A vehicle alternator includes a case having a pair of brackets placed back-to-back, in which ribs are disposed, which define ventilation windows (29; 74) in a bracket body. The ribs serve as heat passage members (54, 60; 73), which have higher thermal conductivity than the bracket body and are partially embedded in the bracket body. Therefore, heat resistance in the heat transfer passage between the stator and the ventilation windows is reduced, and heat generated by the stator is expelled efficiently from the ventilation windows to the outside air, and the temperature of the stator can be reduced.

    摘要: A motor for an electric power steering apparatus is obtained which can reduce the number of parts required. The motor has terminals for electrically connecting between leads and a stator coil. Each terminal is a band-shaped conductive member that has a pair of connector side terminal end portions at its opposite ends, respectively, when developed, and a plurality of stator side terminal portions protruding to one side of the conductive member along a longitudinal direction thereof. Each terminal is deformed in its thickness direction into a circular shape, and the connector side terminal end portions being bent in the same plane are connected with each other to form a connector side terminal portion. The connector side terminal portion is connected to the leads, and the stator side terminal portions are connected to the stator coil.

    摘要: The present invention provides an automotive electric motor-generator that can achieve sufficient cooling of a radiating plate by ensuring a sufficient cooling airflow ventilation channel within limited axial or radial dimensions. In the present invention, first and second radiating plates each form a fan shape, have N-channel power MOSFETs mounted thereto, and have a drain potential for the power MOSFETs. A first circuit board includes insert conductors that connect the power MOSFETs in series, and a second circuit board has insert conductors that are connected to source terminals of the power MOSFETs and that have negative potential. The first radiating plate, the second radiating plate, the first circuit board, and the second circuit board are disposed in a fan shape that is centered around a shaft so as to line up radially in a plane that is perpendicular to the shaft outside one axial end of a rear housing.
