    Abstract: A method and apparatus for provision of random access channel (RACH) related information for connection failure detection in a new radio access technology (NR) is provided. For example, a first gNB receives, from a wireless device, random access channel (RACH) related information and cell information for a radio link failure (RLF), and transmits, to a second gNB, the RACH related information and the cell information for the RLF. For another example, a gNB central unit (gNB-CU) of a first gNB receives, from a second gNB, RACH related information and cell information for RLF, and transmits, to a gNB distributed unit (gNB-DU) of the first gNB, information for an RACH configuration based on the RACH related information and the cell information for the RLF.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for switching between unicast and multicast in a wireless communication system is provided. A DU of a RAN node provides the MBS by using a first transmission to the wireless device. A DU of a RAN node receives, from the wireless device, feedback information in response to the provided MBS. A DU of a RAN node transmits, to a central unit (CU) of the RAN node, a first switching message based on the received feedback information. A DU of a RAN node receives, from the CU, a second switching message to switch the first transmission to the second transmission for the MBS. A DU of a RAN node provides the MBS by using the second transmission to the wireless device.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to handling mobility in dual connectivity in wireless communication system. According to various embodiments, a method performed by a target secondary node (SN) for a primary secondary cell (PSCell) mobility of a wireless device from a source SN in a wireless communication system comprises: receiving, from a master node (MN), a message for informing a trigger of the PSCell mobility; obtaining inactivity status information informing that the wireless device is in an inactive state; and releasing or suspending lower layers for a communication with the wireless device based on the inactivity status information after the PSCell mobility of the wireless device to the target SN is completed, wherein the lower layers comprises at least one of a physical (PHY) layer, a media access control (MAC) layer, or a radio link control (RLC) layer.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for small data transmission in RRC inactive state in MR-DC is provided. A MN, in a DC for a wireless device, transmits, to the wireless device, a paging message including an indication related to an EDT procedure for the SN. A MN receives, from the wireless device, an AS-RAI related to the EDT procedure for SN. A MN decides whether to continue the EDT procedure to the wireless device for the DL data or to transit the wireless device to the RRC-CONNECTED state based on the received AS-RAI.
