    Abstract: Disclosed are a method and device for transmitting and receiving an uplink in a wireless communication system. A method by which a terminal performs uplink transmission in a wireless communication system according to one embodiment of the present disclosure comprises the steps of: receiving, from a base station, first configuration information related to mapping between one or more uplink reference signals (UL RS) and one or more downlink (DL) RS; receiving, from the base station, second configuration information related to a plurality of spatial parameter candidates for uplink transmission; and performing uplink transmission in N (N ≥ 1) transmission opportunities (TO) on the basis of at least one among N uplink default spatial parameters and N pathloss reference signals (PL RS).
