    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method and a device in a communication used for wireless communication. The communication node first performs X measurement(s) respectively in X time-frequency unit(s), the X measurement(s) respectively being used for acquiring X first-type measurement value(s), the X being a positive integer; and then performs a first measurement, the first measurement being used for acquiring a second-type measurement value; and finally transmits a first radio signal; herein, the X first-type measurement value(s) is(are) used for the first measurement, the second-type measurement value acquired by performing the first measurement is used for determining at least one of an MCS employed by the first radio signal or time-frequency resources occupied by the first radio signal; a number of time-frequency resources occupied by one of the X time-frequency unit(s) is related to a subcarrier spacing of subcarriers occupied by the first radio signal.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method and a device in a User Equipment (UE) and a base station used for wireless communications. The UE receives first information; determines first sub-information out of the M piece(s) of sub-information; receives a first radio signal in a first time-frequency resource set; the first information comprises the M piece(s) of sub-information, each of the M piece(s) of sub-information indicates a reference signal group, and a reference signal group comprises at least one reference signal. The first sub-information indicates a first reference signal group. A reference signal in a reference signal group indicated by at least one of the M piece(s) of sub-information is transmitted by a first serving cell, and the first serving cell is not added by the UE. The above method not only obtains performance advancement brought by serving cell handover, but also avoid time delay and service interrupt.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method and device used in wireless communication nodes. A first node receives a first radio signal; and transmits a first-type signaling on a first radio resource, the first-type signaling being used for indicating that the first radio signal is correctly received; or, transmits a second-type signaling on a second radio resource, the second-type signaling being used for indicating that the first radio signal is not correctly received; herein, time-domain resources occupied by the first radio resource and time-domain resource occupied by the second radio resources are orthogonal. Under Groupcast communication mode, the present disclosure transmits a retransmission signal to a UE that not correctly receives a radio signal through a UE that correctly receives a radio signal in the group, so as to achieve the purpose of improving signal received quality and resource utilization efficiency.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method and a device in a User Equipment (UE) and a base station for wireless communications. The UE receives a first signaling, and then transmits a first radio signal in a first subband. The first signaling comprises scheduling information of the first radio signal; the first signaling comprises a first field, the first field in the first signaling being used for determining a first reference-signal-resource group or the first subband, the first reference-signal-resource group comprising K1 first-type reference signal resource(s); whether the scheduling information of the first radio signal is non-codebook-based or codebook-based is related to the first field in the first signaling; the first subband is one of M subbands. The above method allows UE to flexibly switch between non-codebook-based and codebook-based uplink transmissions, thus avoiding the problem that a single uplink transmission mode cannot work on Unlicensed Spectrum.

    Abstract: A method and a device in a UE and a base station for wireless communication are disclosed. The UE monitors a first sequence in a first time window. If the first sequence is detected in the first time window, performs a blind detection of a first signaling on K1 alternative RE set(s); the first signaling occupies one of K1 alternative RE set(s) in time-frequency domain, each RE included in K1 alternative RE set(s) belongs to an alternative time-frequency resource pool in a second time window in time domain. The first sequence is used for determining a start time of the alternative time-frequency resource pool in the second time window. The disclosure determines the start time of the alternative time-frequency resource pool by using the first sequence, increasing transmitting opportunities of control signalings without increasing number of times of blind detections, improving spectrum efficiency and overall system performance on unlicensed spectrum.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method and device in UE and base station used for wireless communications. The UE receives first information, the first information being used for indicating a first precoding matrix; and transmits a first radio signal through a first antenna port group within a first time-domain resource in a first sub-band, or, drops wireless transmission through a first antenna port group within a first time-domain resource in a first sub-band. The first precoding matrix is used for determining K transmission parameter groups, K being a positive integer greater than 1; a first transmission parameter group is one of the K transmission parameter groups, and the first transmission parameter group is used for generating the first antenna port group, the first antenna port group comprising a positive integer number of antenna port(s). The method helps enhance the chance of uplink channel access, thereby improving the system capacity.
