A camera unit includes a soft substrate on which electrode regions and an image pickup device region are disposed, a driving electrode group disposed on one of the electrode regions, an image pickup device disposed on the image pickup device region, stationary unit frame attaching portions disposed at positions surrounding the image pickup device region, a stationary unit frame attached to the stationary unit frame attaching portions, and movable units disposed in the stationary unit frame. The soft substrate is bent along bending positions between the electrode regions and the image pickup device region, the electrode regions are fixed on sides of the stationary unit frame inwardly thereof, and the image pickup device region is fixed on an end surface of the stationary unit frame toward the movable units.

A light guide plate includes a light-incident surface, a light-reflecting surface, and a light-emitting surface. The light-reflecting surface includes a plurality of first light diffusion portions and a second light diffusion portion. The plurality of first light diffusion portions each have a first concavo-convex height. The second light diffusion portion has a second concavo-convex height lower than the first concavo-convex height and is extended around the plurality of first light diffusion portions in a net-like manner. The light-emitting surface emits light that enters from the light-incident surface and is reflected by the light-reflecting surface.

A liquid crystal display apparatus is provided in which occurrence of a moiré pattern can be prevented without largely reducing front luminance. A liquid crystal display apparatus 1 includes a surface light source 4, a liquid crystal display panel 2, and first and second prism sheets 5 and 6 for condensing light emitted from the surface light source 4 and guiding the light toward the liquid crystal display panel. The first and second prism sheets 5 and 6 are disposed such that prism array directions thereof are orthogonal to each other. When a pixel pitch of the liquid crystal display panel 2 is defined as Pp [μm]; a prism array pitch of the first prism sheet 5 is defined as Px [μm]; and a prism array pitch of the second prism sheet 6 is defined as Py [μm], relationships of Px≦Pp/(14−0.045Pp) and Py≦Pp/(11.5−0.032Pp) are satisfied.

The transparent base has a depression according to a valley between the pole prisms adjacent to each other. The pole prism has a sloping face extending to an inner wall of the depression. The transparent base is in contact with the valley. A layer not functioning as a prism, that is, a so-called skirt layer does not exist between the transparent base and the pole prisms.

A scroll fluid machine comprises compression chambers defined with an orbiting scroll orbiting relative to a fixed scroll, and a back pressure chamber provided on the face opposite from a wrap of the orbiting scroll. A back pressure port is provided, which is formed in an end-plate of the orbiting scroll and connects from a compression chamber side opening opened to a compression chamber side and to a back pressure chamber side opening opened to a back pressure chamber side. The compression chamber side opening is opened and closed by an end-plate of the fixed scroll according as the orbiting motion of the orbiting scroll to perform connection and blockage of the back pressure port. The flow resistance of fluid flowing in and out between the back pressure chamber and the compression chamber is reduced and the compression efficiency and reliability are improved.
