摘要: A fuel-filler inlet for motor vehicles comprises a closure neck, an insert associated with the closure neck, a filling chamber downstream of the insert, and a filling tube downstream of the filling chamber which leads to a fuel tank. In order to achieve good guidance of the fuel nozzle, reliable response of the expansion port and ventilation during the fuel-dispensing operation, a collar is provided between the filling chamber and filling tube, the internal diameter of which is somewhat larger than that of the opening tube of a fuel nozzle. The collar provides through-passage openings which, with the fuel nozzle inserted, produce a flow connection between the filling tube and filling chamber.

摘要: The invention relates to low-viscosity, aqueous coolant brines based on inhibited alkali metal acetates and/or formates having improved corrosion protection, wherein the coolant brines contain 0.2 to 5% by weight of alkali metal sulfites or pyrosulfites, in particular 1 to 2.5% by weight of these sulfites. The brines according to the invention furthermore contain 0.3 to 5% by weight of basic substances from the alkali metal carbonates, hydroxides, borates and phosphates group and also 0 to 0.3% by weight of alkali metal silicates and 0.02 to 0.2% by weight of stabilizers from the triazoles, benzimidazoles and/or mercaptothiazoles group. The novel coolant brines result in very low corrosion rates, in particular with steel and cast iron.

摘要: A controller of a magnetic resonance system determines an activation signal vector based on a target field predetermined for the controller in conjunction with field characteristics of field coils known to the controller. The activation signal vector includes a respective activation signal for each field coil. The controller determines the activation signal vector such that within a predetermined examination volume of the magnetic resonance system, any deviation of an ideal field that would result if ideal coils were subjected to the activation signals of the activation signal vector from the target field is minimized. The controller determines a compensation signal vector based on the activation signal vector in conjunction with eddy current characteristics of the field coils known to the controller. The compensation signal vector is used to minimize a deviation of an actual field from the target field within the predetermined examination volume of the magnetic resonance system.
