    摘要: A valve actuating mechanism is disposed within a four-stroke cycle engine and comprises a rotatable rocker shaft having eccentric large-diameter portions formed as bushings upon the rocker shaft, a rocker arm assembly including a first rocker arm rotatably mounted directly upon the rocker shaft and second and third rocker arms rotatably muonted upon the eccentric bushings of the rocker shaft with the first rocker arm being interposed between the second and third rocker arms, and a cam assembly including first, second and third cam members which drives the first, second and third rocker arms, respectively. The first rocker arm is provided with a branched distal end and the second and third rocker arms are each provided with a distal end which is laid upon each of the distal ends of the first rocker arm. The second and third cams have the same cam profile and the first cam has a cam profile which is different from that of the second and third cams. A play adjusting screw means is provided for either one of the support portions of the first rocker arm and the second and third rocker arms and a screw receiving portion is provided upon the other one of the support portions of the first rocker arm and the second and third rocker arms in such a manner that a clearance is defiend between a distal end of the play adjusting means and the screw receiving portion is adjusted.

    摘要: A snap button wherein when a male snap is removed from a female snap, a rotation between the snaps is limited, but is permitted normally. A male-side grooved surface is provided on a male snap radially outward from a projection of the snap with a plurality of grooves formed so that peaks and troughs of the grooves are arranged continuously in the circumferential direction. A female-side grooved surface similar to the male-side grooved surface is provided on a female snap radially outward from a projection-receiving space of the snap. The female-side grooved surface is inclined relative to the male-side grooved surface. When the male snap is removed from the female snap, each axis of the male snap and the female snap, which are yet in a coupled state, inclines relative to each other, causing the male-side grooved surface and the female-side grooved surface to partially engage with each other.

    摘要: A sole structure 1 for a shoe comprises an upper plate 2 that is disposed on the upper side of the structure 1 and that has upraised portions 20 projecting upwardly form opposite side edge portions of the upper plate 2, a lower plate 3 disposed below the upper plate 2, and a plurality of longitudinally separated connecting portions 4, 5 and 6 that are disposed between the upper plate 2 and the lower plates 3 to form voids 10 therebetween and that elastically connect the upper plate 2 with the lower plate 3. The upper end of the connecting portion 5 extends upwardly to the side surface of the upraised portion 20 of the upper plate 2 and a projecting portion 5b that projects in the longitudinal direction is provided at the extension 5a. The extension 5a and the projecting portion 5b are fixedly attached to the side surface of the upraised portion 20.
