摘要: The present invention relates to a series of techniques for treating a waste material of an asbestos-containing material, from emergency treatment, dismantling, or transportation of an already constructed asbestos-containing material to a heating and melting treatment of the dismantled asbestos-containing waste material. The preset invention provides a method of preventing the exposure of the fibrous dust of the asbestos involving melting an asbestos-containing waste material, into which lithium silicate is impregnated in a melting furnace for treating an asbestos-containing material into harmless. The lithium silicate impregnated into the asbestos-containing waste material forms a gel within the range of temperatures of 500 to 1,100° C., and the formed gel adheres onto the surfaces of asbestos fibers, thereby preventing the exposure of the fibrous dust of the asbestos. Moreover, the melting temperature of asbestos can be reduced to about 1,360° C.

摘要: Methods for multi-class cost-sensitive learning are based on iterative example weighting schemes and solve multi-class cost-sensitive learning problems using a binary classification algorithm. One of the methods works by iteratively applying weighted sampling from an expanded data set, which is obtained by enhancing each example in the original data set with as many data points as there are possible labels for any single instance, using a weighting scheme which gives each labeled example the weight specified as the difference between the average cost on that instance by the averaged hypotheses from the iterations so far and the misclassification cost associated with the label in the labeled example in question. It then calls the component classification algorithm on a modified binary classification problem in which each example is itself already a labeled pair, and its (meta) label is 1 or 0 depending on whether the example weight in the above weighting scheme is positive or negative, respectively. It then finally outputs a classifier hypothesis which is the average of all the hypotheses output in the respective iterations.

摘要: To provide a method whereby unauthorized data access by an RFID data processing system is prohibited without any degradation of performance being incurred. An RFID data processing system 30 comprises a CPU 35, a EEPROM 34, communication devices 31 and 32, and power controllers 40 and 41. When an RFID data processing system 30 in the power-ON state that does not have access authorization passes through a portal gate located at the entrance to an unauthorized data access protection area, the portal gate transmits a signal to set ON a tamper bit 44 in the EEPROM 34. When the tamper bit 44 has been set ON, a tamper bit interrupt request signal is output by the EEPROM 34. Upon receiving this signal, the power controllers 40 and 41 power off the RFID data processing system 30.
