摘要: A method of allocating radio resource by preemption in the event of an inter-cell transfer in a cellular radio system for communication with mobiles, the request being for transfer from a "server" cell under the control of a "server" entity of the system to a "target" cell selected from a set of "candidate" cells under the control of a "target" entity of the system, the server and target entities themselves being under the control of a "higher level" entity of the system, wherein the server entity, after it has informed itself that no radio resource is available in any one of the candidate cells, sends to the higher level entity a request to implement the preemption procedure, and wherein the higher level entity then sends to the target entity confirmation of said request to implement the preemption procedure.

摘要: A system and method has been provided to selectively deliver a plurality of trigger signals to a counter/timer embedded in a microprocessor. The method provides the step of selecting a signal, from either internal or external sources, to trigger the counter/timer. If an internal source is selected, the method provides the step of selecting either a synchronous or non-synchronous signal source to trigger the counter/timer. Regardless of the source chosen, the method includes the step of generating a signal output from the selected source, and the further step of delivering the trigger signal on a dedicated connection. The method of the present invention also includes the step of counting clock cycles in response to the arrival of the trigger signal to the counter/timer. An apparatus to selectively deliver a trigger signal to a counter/timer embedded in a microprocessor from a plurality of signal sources is also provided. The apparatus includes an internal on-chip signal path extending between an internal PWM and the counter/timer, whereby the PWM can serve as the source of the trigger signal.

摘要: The present invention is a multipart system and method for using cloth filters in automated vertical molding. The system includes a filter setter, a filter print plate and a filter back shelf. The filter setter removably mounts to a mechanical arm and releasably carries at least one cloth filter between upper and lower jaws. The filter print plate mounts to a ram plate while the filter back shelf mounts to a swing plate. During vertical molding, the ram plate and swing plate compress sand to create a mold. The mounted filter print plate creates at least part of a print aperture into which the filter setter inserts the cloth filter. The apertures created by the filter print plate and the filter back shelf support the cloth filter during the founding process.

摘要: Various methods for wireless communication in a device with co-existed/co-located radios are provided. Multiple communication radio transceivers are co-existed/co-located in a user equipment (UE) having in-device coexistence (IDC) capability, which may result in IDC interference. For example, the UE is equipped with both LTE radio and some ISM band applications such as WiFi and Bluetooth modules. In a first method, the network identifies IDC capability by UE identification (e.g., UE ID). In a second method, the UE intentionally performs cell selection or reselection to cells in non-ISM frequency bands. In a third method, the UE signals the existence of ISM band applications via capability negotiation. In a fourth method, the UE signals the activation of ISM band applications by signaling messages (e.g., RRC message or MAC CE). Under the various methods, the UE and its serving eNB can apply FDM or TDM solutions to mitigate the IDC interference.

摘要: A method, terminal, and system for cell reselection are disclosed. The method includes: a terminal obtains a dedicated priority list from a first system; and performs cell reselection according to the dedicated priority list when the terminal camps on a cell of a second system. The corresponding terminal and system are also provided in other embodiments of the invention. According to an embodiment of the invention, the terminal performs cell reselection by using the dedicated priority list obtained from the first system so as to free the second system from establishing the dedicated priority list. Problems in the prior arts that establishment of the dedicated priority list causes too much increased signaling and too high costs for network upgrade are solved.
