    摘要: An agricultural machine, especially a combine harvester and thresher, which consists of component devices (1-N) with associated microprocessors (M1-MN), of which at least one is a control station processor (M1) with a control keypad (TA) and a screen (V), which microprocessors are connected to measurement, actuation members of the respective component devices (1-N) and regarding this, process data that appears in the component device (1-N) in a controlling or regulating manner, or in a manner which displays it, wherein these microprocessors (M1-MN) are connected syndetically to a standard communications bus (B) via conventional interface circuits (SS) and via these circuits, continuously transmit operating data with an identifier, which is specific to the operating data, wherein in the individual microprocessors (M1-MN), the identifiers of these kinds of operating data, which are to be received, are stored in a table as a one in a bit configuration and are accessed with the identifier at the bit positions of the table, and whenever a one is stored there, the identifier with the affiliated operating data transmitted is taken.

    摘要: An automatic-steering apparatus for an agricultural machine (1), has at least one locating apparatus (OV), particularly an apparatus that locates the edge of the crop or row, whose locating signal (OS) is compared, as an analog voltage value (nominal value), to a wheel-angle signal (RWS), as a further analog voltage value (actual value), that has been received by a wheel-position sensor (RSS) on a steerable wheel (HR) of the agricultural machine (1), in an analog regulating apparatus (ST). The regulating apparatus (ST) emits, as a function of the difference between the nominal and actual values, at least one steering-hydraulics control signal (SHL, SHR; LIS) to an electrically-controlled steering hydraulics (LH) having a steering cylinder (LZ) that is connected to steerable wheels (HR) of the agricultural machine (1) so as to steer them. A speed signal (VS) corresponding to the driving speed of the agricultural machine (1) controls the regulating apparatus (ST) such that, the higher the speed, the smaller the steering-hydraulics control signal (SHL, SHR, LIS).

    摘要: The automatic steering device for an electrically controllable hydraulic steering system automatically controls steered wheels (HR) of a steered vehicle, especially an agricultural machine, according to at least one electronic steering control signal (SHL,SHR). The automatic steering device includes one or more locating devices (OV) producing one or more locating signals (OS), a regulating device (ST) which periodically digitizes the locating signal or signals (OS), and produces the at least one electronic steering control signal by a logic combination of the digitized locating signal or signals and a predetermined locating criterion, particularly a lateral displacement of the vehicle from an edge of an agricultural material, to minimize a deviation of the locating signal or signals determined according to the predetermined criterion so that the at least one electronic steering control signal (SHL,SHR) increases in an approximately proportional manner in the vicinity of a null deviation from the predetermined locating criterion but increases progressively beyond the vicinity of the null deviation. A fuzzification of the control criteria and a defuzzification of at least one intermediate parameter to form the at least one electronic steering control signal (SHL,SHR) are disclosed.

    摘要: A grain flow measuring device having a sensor plate, on which a piezo-crystal oscillation sensor is disposed behind an impact surface, behind which an oscillation-damping foam material body is maintained by means of doubly folded-over edges of the sensor plate located at its edges. A retainer plate is seated and an amplifier and evaluation circuit with a readable counter is disposed in the foam material body. Grain flow measuring devices of this type are disposed in a harvester below a rocker tray near its output side, because of which grain losses and false measurements are avoided. Damping of the impact surface by means of the foam material body results is such oscillation damping that the determination of the grain mass results from the detected number of oscillations.
