Abstract: A method performed by a first user equipment includes identifying sidelink (SL) resource pool information, determining whether a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) retransmission is configured based on the SL resource pool information, and selecting at least one resource for transmission of a physical sidelink shared channel (PSSCH) based on the determining that the HARQ retransmission is configured. The at least one resource is determined for ensuring a time gap, based on at least one of a period of resources configured for a physical sidelink feedback channel (PSFCH), an offset between a slot of a PSSCH transmission and a slot of a PSFCH reception, or a time required for reception and processing of the PSFCH plus a time required for SL retransmission preparation.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method of performing communication according to an allocated resource domain in a wireless communication system, wherein the method includes: obtaining configuration information for control channel and data channel transmission and reception; obtaining downlink control information (DCI) including physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmission slot scheduling information and at least one slot format indicator corresponding to a plurality of PUSCH transmission slots, based on the configuration information; identifying the plurality of PUSCH transmission slots based on the DCI; determining a resource domain allocated for transmission of uplink data in the plurality of PUSCH transmission slots, by using at least one of the at least one slot format indicator and the DCI; and transmitting the uplink data by using the determined resource domain.

The disclosure is for controlling congestion of a channel in a wireless communication system According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a method performed by a terminal in a wireless communication system comprises determining a plurality of granted transmission resources for a sidelink communication, performing a transmission or a retransmission using at least one transmission resource among the plurality of granted transmission resources, receiving an acknowledgement (ACK) for the transmission or the retransmission, in response to the ACK, releasing one or more transmission resources among the plurality of granted transmission resources, measuring a channel occupancy ratio (CR) from transmission resources other than the released one or more transmission resources from the plurality of granted transmission resources, and transmitting a physical sidelink shared channel (PSSCH) to satisfy a condition that the measured CR does not exceed a configured CR limit so that a congestion control is performed.

Abstract: A base station and a terminal that perform communication using an unlicensed band may divide a bandwidth part into a plurality of subbands and may perform a channel access procedure for the respective subbands. The terminal receives, from the base station, configuration information via radio resource control (RRC) signaling. The terminal identifies whether information on a guardband is included in the configuration information. The base station transmits control information including bitmap information indicating an available resource block (RB) set among RB sets, wherein the RB sets are determined based on the information on the guardband based on the information on the guardband is included in the configuration information. The base station also transmits data based on the bitmap information.
