    Abstract: A display device includes a power supply generating a first power voltage, a second power voltage, and a third power voltage. The display device further includes a first power line to which the first power voltage is applied, a second power line to which the second power voltage is applied, and a readout line to which the third power voltage is applied. The display device further includes a display panel, which includes a pixel. The pixel includes a light emitting element connected between the first power line and the second power line, and a switching transistor connected between one electrode of the light emitting element and the readout line. The power supply changes a voltage level of the third power voltage based on a total current flowing from the power supply to the display panel according to the first and second power voltages.

    Abstract: A display device includes: a pixel component including pixels; a timing controller, which generates adjusted image data by converting grayscale values of input image data based on a gain value and generates first and second control signals control signal in response to an input control signal; a scan driver, which supplies a scan signal to the pixels in response to the first control signal; a data driver, which generates a data signal corresponding to the adjusted image data and supplies the data signal to the pixels based on the second control signal and the adjusted image data, and an image controller, which analyzes an input image in the input image data and gradually decreases the gain value during a first control period when the input image is a still image.

    Abstract: Provided are a display device and a driving method thereof. The display device includes: a display panel for displaying an image, based on data signals supplied from data lines; a load controller for determining a scale factor for controlling a target luminance of the image displayed in the display panel, based on a load of first image data input from the outside; and a data driver for outputting data signals to the data lines, corresponding to the first image data corrected using the scale factor. The data driver includes a plurality of data driver chips coupled to at least one data line among the data lines. The load controller determines the scale factor, based on at least one of a total load of the first image data and local loads with respect to the respective data driver chips.
