    Abstract: A light-emitting panel including at least a first light-emitting element, each light-emitting element having, between a first conductive film and a second conductive film, a first layer including a metal and a second layer including a light-emitting organic compound. The second layer having the organic compound emits light having a wavelength between 600 nm and 800 nm, and light having a wavelength between 400 nm and 600 nm. The distance between the first conductive film and the second conductive film in one of the light emitting elements being N/2 (where N is a natural number) of a length between 600 nm and 800 nm, and the distance between the first conductive film and the second conductive film in the other one of the light-emitting elements being N/2 (where N is a natural number) of a length between 400 nm and 600 nm.

    Abstract: A light-emitting element having high external quantum efficiency is provided. A light-emitting element having low drive voltage is provided. Provided is a light-emitting element which includes a light-emitting layer containing a phosphorescent compound, a first organic compound, and a second organic compound between a pair of electrodes. A combination of the first organic compound and the second organic compound forms an exciplex (excited complex). An emission spectrum of the exciplex overlaps with an absorption band located on the longest wavelength side of an absorption spectrum of the phosphorescent compound. A peak wavelength of the emission spectrum of the exciplex is longer than or equal to a peak wavelength of the absorption band located on the longest wavelength side of the absorption spectrum of the phosphorescent compound.

    Abstract: A light-emitting element including a first electrode, a second electrode, and an EL layer positioned therebetween is provided. The EL layer includes a stack of a hole-injection layer, a first layer, a second layer, a third layer, and a fourth layer; the hole-injection layer includes an organic acceptor; the first layer, the second layer and the third layer include first, second and third hole-transport materials, respectively; and the fourth layer includes a host material and a light-emitting material; the HOMO level of the second hole-transport material is deeper than that of the first hole-transport material; the HOMO level of the host material is deeper than that of the second hole-transport material; the HOMO level of the third hole-transport material is deeper than or equal to that of the host material; and a HOMO level difference between the second and third hole-transport materials is less than or equal to 0.3 eV.

    Abstract: By introducing new concepts into a structure of a conventional organic semiconductor element and without using a conventional ultra thin film, an organic semiconductor element is provided which is more reliable and has higher yield. Further, efficiency is improved particularly in a photoelectronic device using an organic semiconductor. Between an anode and a cathode, there is provided an organic structure including alternately laminated organic thin film layer (functional organic thin film layer) realizing various functions by making an SCLC flow, and a conductive thin film layer (ohmic conductive thin film layer) imbued with a dark conductivity by doping it with an acceptor and a donor, or by the like method.
