    摘要: The nonwoven fabric has excellent secondary fabrication properties, specially, low temperature heat-sealing properties. The textile product is formed by using the nonwoven fabric. More specifically, the nonwoven fabric includes one or more layers, wherein the nonwoven fabric made of one layer, or at least one layer of the nonwoven fabric composed of two layers, or at least one layer of the two outermost layers of the nonwoven fabric of multi-layer consisting of three or more layers is formed by using a crystalline resin composition containing 1 to 99% by mass of a low crystalline olefin polymer satisfying the following expression (a): ΔH≧6×(Tm−140° C.) wherein ΔH represents a melt endotherm, and Tm represents a melting point.

    摘要: The present invention pertains to a master batch composition which contains 10 to 95% by mass of an additive for plastics, 1 to 50% by mass of an olefin polymer having specific physical properties, and 1 to 89% by mass of a polyolefin resin as a carrier, which is useful for producing a polyolefin resin, particularly an injection molded product of a polypropylene resin, which can improve dispersibility of additives in the polyolefin molded product, which permits high density filling of various additives in the master batch composition, and which is free of blocking. The present invention is also directed to a polyolefin resin composition in which the master batch composition is compounded in a polyolefin resin, and to a polyolefin molded product using the resin composition.

    摘要: A chlorinated propylene-based polymer of the present invention having a weight average molecular weight (Mw) as measured by gel permeation chromatography (GPC) of 5,000 to 100,000 and a chlorine content of 0.1 to 70% by mass has the following properties: (1) it has a high solubility in a non-aromatic solvent having a low environmental burden even when it has a low degree of chlorination, and (2) it can be inhibited from suffering a decrease in the properties inherent to polypropylenes, such as durability, mechanical properties, appearance and hydrophobicity, by regulating its degree of chlorination at a low value.

    摘要: The present invention provides a modified α-olefin polymer obtained by reacting (i) an α-olefin polymer obtained by homopolymerization or copolymerization of one kind or two kinds or more of an α-olefin having 3 or more carbon atoms and having (1) a mesopentad fraction of 40 to 75 mol % or a stereo-regularity index M4 of 75 mol % or less, (2) a molecular weight distribution converted to polystyrene equivalent of 3.0 or less determined by a GPC method and (3) an intrinsic viscosity [η] (in tetralin, at 135° C.) of 0.01 to 5.0 dL/g, (ii) a radical initiator and (iii) a monomer having a silane group and an ethylenic unsaturated group or silane coupling agent as well as a process for production of a cross-linked product of the modified α-olefin polymer. The modified α-olefin polymer in the present invention has appropriate molecular weight distribution and composition distribution, is good in low temperature coating performance required for a reactive hot melt adhesive because of low melting temperature, has high reactivity, compatibility and adhesiveness as compared to conventional unmodified α-olefin polymers, and also it generates no decomposed gas because of a polyolefin-based material and has good adhesiveness to polyolefins.

    摘要: The propylene polymer of the present invention satisfies (1) a 25° C. hexane soluble content (H25) of 0–80 wt %; and (2) either no melting temperature (Tm) measurable by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), or a melting temperature (Tm) satisfying, if measurable by DSC, the following relationship: ΔH≧3×(Tm−120) wherein ΔH is a melting endotherm (J/g). The propylene homopolymer of the present invention satisfies (1) a meso pentad fraction (mmmm) of 30–60 mol %; (2) a racemic pentad fraction (rrrr) satisfying the following relationship: [rrrr/(1−mmmm)]≦0.1; (3) a fraction (W25) eluted at a temperatures up to 25° C. by temperature-programmed chromatography, of from 20–100 wt %; and, (4) a pentad fraction (rmrm) of more than 2.5 mol %. The propylene copolymer of the present invention satisfies (1) a stereoregularity index (P) of 55–90 mol % as determined by 13C-NMR measurement; and (2) a fraction (W25) eluted at a temperatures up to 25° C. by temperature-programmed chromatography, of from 20–100 wt %.

    摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide crystalline high α-olefin copolymers which have excellent compatibility with thermoplastic resins, especially polyolefins, and compatibility with lubricant oils, fuel oils or waxes, excellent miscibility with inorganic fillers and secondary processability, and which have narrow temperature ranges for melting and crystallization, and to provide a process for preparation thereof. The present invention provides a crystalline higher α-olefin copolymer obtained by copolymerizing at least two higher α-olefins having 10 or more carbon atoms or at least one higher α-olefin having 10 or more carbon atoms with at least one other olefin, wherein it satisfies the following (1) to (3): (1): the content of higher α-olefin units is 50 mol % or greater, (2): the melting point (Tm) which is measured, by using a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), from the melting endothermic curve obtained by maintaining the copolymer at 190° C. for 5 minutes under a nitrogen atmosphere, cooling it to −10° C. at a rate of 5° C./min, maintaining it at −10° C. for 5 minutes, and then elevating its temperature to 190° C. at 10° C./min is in the range of 20 to 100° C., and (3): in the intensity distribution of wide-angle X-ray scattering, a single peak X1 resulting from crystallization of side chains is observed at 15 deg
