    摘要: An interface is realized that can prevent video signals from being copied easily and which uses a luminance/color difference signal transmission scheme with an excellent harmony with a television circuit. In a video transmission using a digital interface, colorimetry information for defining the conversion from the luminance/color difference signal into a primary color signal and video aspect ratio information are transmitted along with the luminance/color difference type video signal. This allows reproduction of video with high quality and high resolution and also realizes a copyright protection which allows only the users authorized by key information to use the content of the video. With this transmission scheme, it is possible to provide a transmitting apparatus, a receiving apparatus and an interface which highly harmonize with a rationalized television-based circuit.

In the configuration, when a video image is displayed, the input video signal is corrected using the threshold correction value and the gain correction value for each pixel.

    摘要: A high definition display unit which demodulates, decodes, and processes in relation to chroma and displays a television signal in which a PI (picture) signal and an SI (service information) signal are mixed. A changeover switch 13 connected to an image quality adjusting circuit in a video chroma processing circuit 7 is opened or closed according to an on-off signal S1 showing the superposed period of both signals detected by a decoder 4. If the above on-off signal S1 is on, the changeover switch 13 is opened and the adjustment of image quality is disabled. Therefore, SI display never disappears due to the adjustment of image quality, and the quality of an image can be also adjusted according to an ambient status. Other approaches are also disclosed from preventing image quality adjustment of at least portions of a displayed image containing an information image.

Thereby, the equipment is initialized so as to correspond to any one of the plurality of remote controllers, and it is possible to prevent misoperation due to other remote controllers. Also, by switching the initializing means by using any remote controller, switching can be performed if only a desired remote controller is available.

    摘要: An attachment structure for attaching an assist grip to a vehicle body is provided wherein the assist grip has a contractible member formed integrally on its grip body such that the contractible member includes large-width portions and small-width portions. The large-width portions have a larger width than attachment holes of a ceiling base member and the vehicle body when the contractible member is in the normal state, but the width of the large-width portions may be reduced to be smaller than those of the attachment holes when the contractible member is contracted. The small-width portions have a smaller width than the attachment holes so as to be fitted in the holes. After fitting the contractible member into the attachment hole of the vehicle body, a lock pin is inserted into a space formed in the contractible member so as to restrict contraction of the contractible member.
