摘要: A method and apparatus prevents banding defects caused by drop mass variations in an ink jet printer. The ink jet printer uses different pre-pulse sequences for drop ejection depending on print head temperature. Each of the different pre-pulse sequences is associated with a corresponding temperature range. Boundaries between adjacent temperature ranges are separated by critical temperatures. A determination is made as to whether a change in the print head temperature constitutes, or is part of, a temperature change that exceeds a predetermined threshold change amount, prior to determining whether to change the pre-pulse sequence.

摘要: A method for automated classification of curve patterns associated with dynamic image data of a lesion in a subject in order to determine characteristics of the lesion. The method comprising the steps of loading the image data into an electronic memory means, producing a plot of signal intensity profile, converting the signal intensity profile into a contrast enhancement profile, detecting a reference enhancement profile having a highly positive slope over an initial enhancement period followed by a decreasing profile portion, deriving signature curve types based on the reference enhancement profile, classifying an enhancement curve for each pixel in a selected ROI into one of the derived signature curve types using all available time points and displaying a grid-plot of the classified enhancement curves for all pixels in the selected ROI, wherein the overall display of curves and heterogeneity provides visual indication of the characteristics of the lesion.

摘要: The current invention provides a method of identifying a ischemic lesion. The method includes loading perfusion imaging data into an electronic memory element and deriving perfusion maps from the perfusion imaging data, where the perfusion Performs necessary image pre-processing maps include a cerebral blood volume (CBV) map and an arterial delay time (DT) map, which utilize arterial delay and dispersion effects. Ischemic pixels are determined from the perfusion imaging taking into account arterial delay and dispersion effects data, where the DT is greater than a predetermined first threshold value and the CBV is below a second threshold value and the infarct portion of the ischemic lesion is determined, where DT is greater than a predetermined third threshold value and/or the CBV is below a forth threshold value. A cluster analysis is applied to all of the determined ischemic lesion and infarct pixels and the penumbra is then determined, where mismatch regions between the ischemic lesion and the infarct core define the penumbra.

In one embodiment, the device for driving an under damped VCM actuator comprises a first generator operable to read a first manufacture data from an image signal processor (ISP) and to generate a half natural period, ½ Td, of the VCM actuator by selecting a value approximate to the first data in a first table of the device, a second generator operable to read a second manufacture data from the ISP and to generate the maximum overshoot, K, of the VCM actuator by selecting a value approximate to the second data in a second table of the device, an input shaping signal generator operable to read an input signal corresponding to a desired camera lens moving distance from the ISP and to generate a shaping signal according to the value of the half natural period and the maximum overshoot. The input shaping signal may be produced from second order, third order and fourth order input shaping function. The present invention also provides a simple implementation of a driver configuration to achieve a fast camera lens focus speed, yet robust to tolerate actual system deviation from a manufacture design.
