Abstract:
A dispensing head which can be mounted on a receptacle. The dispensing head includes a pump, for surmounting the receptacle, with an actuating rod having a longitudinal axis X. A diffuser is mounted on the pump, and includes a tube opening at a dispensing orifice, with the tube being elongated along an axis Y distinct from the axis X. A lever arm controls the actuation of the pump, with the lever arm including a portion capable of coming to bear on the diffuser in order to actuate the pump. In addition, a locking member is configured such that, in a first position, the locking member allows actuation of the pump and, in a second position, the locking member prevents actuation of the pump. In a disclosed example, in the second position the tube abuts against a portion of the locking member to prevent actuation of the pump.
Abstract:
A foam pump having a flexible member for engagement with a dispenser, the pump being part of a refill unit including a product reservoir. The flexible connecting member extends from an extreme end of the pump and is received by an actuating carriage that is movably connected to an actuating mechanism. The flexible connecting member permits insertion of the pump into a dispenser, and may act to dampen actuating forces to reduce foam shearing. The flexible connecting member may be provided in the form of a flared tip that is received through an oval opening in the product dispenser, and the pump may include a locking member to prevent unwanted actuation thereof during insertion of the refill unit into the dispenser.
Abstract:
A nebuliser micro-pump (1) provided with an element (2) for covering and triggering its dispensing push-button (3), has an elongated body (5) with central axis (x), whereon is mounted a dispensing push-button complete with a tube (4) for orienting the spray, rotatable around the axis. The element has a lower fixed half-shell (12) integral with the elongated body and a lower half-shell (17) movable around a hinging axis (y) that is perpendicular to the central axis and offset relative thereto at the opposite side from the tube. The upper half-shell has a protuberance (20) acting on the dispensing push-button in the rotation of the movable half-shell relative to the fixed half-shell according to the arrow (W). The half-shells (12, 17) have respective through openings (15, 23) wherefrom simultaneously projects the tube in two angular positions, one non operative and the other one operative for the micro-pump.
Abstract:
To provide a pump dispenser with a trigger, having a simple construction, the number of parts reduced, and remarkably excellent operability. In a pump dispenser (1) which jets liquid in a cylinder (4g) from a nozzle portion (5) when a piston (7) integral with the nozzle portion (5) is pushed down according to grasping of a trigger (4c), the cylinder (4g) is integrally formed inside a barrel portion (4a) disposed along an axial direction of a container and the trigger (4c) is integrally formed on the barrel portion (4a) via a hinge portion (4b). Since the trigger is integrally formed on the cylindrical barrel portion disposed along the axial direction of the container via the hinge portion, a fulcrum for causing the trigger to pivot can be disposed as rearward as possible, so that a large leverage can be taken. Since at least the barrel portion and the trigger are integrally formed from synthetic resin, movement of the pivot fulcrum becomes remarkably accurate.
Abstract:
An emulsion dispenser includes a container, a base, a cylindrical member, a steel ball, a sucking tube, an inner tube, a reverse-stop valve, a support rod, a connective rod, a swing rod, a cap and an inner cap. The swing rod is swung up and down for sucking the emulsion stored in the container to flow through the sucking tube, the cylindrical member, the sidewise hole of the inner tube, the hole of the support rod, the connective tube, and finally out of the outlet of the swing rod to be received by a hand of a user.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a container's spray head, and in particular, to a convenient and laborsaving pressure activated spray head, which comprises a main body, an air pressure tube, a pressure rod, a spray tube and a connecting sleeve, the air pressure tube is inserted into and disposed in the main body; the pressure rod that is hinged to the main body presses against the upper surface of a pressure head of the air pressure tube; a baffle disposed on the air pressure tube abuts against the upper surface of the connecting sleeve, and the connecting sleeve is embedded in the main body; the spray tube engages with the pressure head of the air pressure tube and communicates with an inner chamber of the air pressure tube. The present invention adopts lever principle, and it lengthens the arm of the applied force. Under the same reactive torque, the longer the arm is, the smaller the applied force is. The present invention decreases the force applied by utilizing the pressure rod and thus could be used more conveniently and more laborsavingly.
Abstract:
A fluid spray device comprising a reservoir (10) containing fluid; a pump or a valve (20) mounted on the reservoir (10) by means of a fixing ring (30) for selectively dispensing the fluid; and a dispenser head (40) including a dispenser orifice (45), the device further comprising an actuator device (50) that is displaceable between a rest position and a dispensing position, the actuator device (50) being displaced in a direction that is different from the direction in which the fluid is sprayed through the dispenser orifice (45), said fluid spray device being characterized in that said actuator device (50) is formed on the dispenser head (40), and co-operates with the fixing ring (30), or with an element secured thereto, in order to actuate the pump or the valve (20).
Abstract:
The dual chamber dispenser consists of two tubular chambers each of which is connected to a pump. The pumps are self-priming and are of a type that draw the substances from the tubular chambers. There is an activator which also serves as the top of the dispenser, side view apertures, a foot for better stability and a spout that is angled for enhanced dispensing. The side view apertures allow for viewing the fill level of the tubular chambers. The pumps are of a type having an upper valve and a lower valve, with the upper valves a part of the piston's that move in and out of the pumping chambers. The valves in said pumps are positive closing by means of a biasing spring. The substances to be dispensed are maintained separate, one from the other, until the substances are dispensed.
Abstract:
A pumping system is disclosed in which a storage compartment formed by a spring loaded piston and cylinder assembly is provided with a spring which stays at a relatively constant length when pumping product to keep a relatively constant pressure on the product to maintain a steady stream or spray of product emerging from the pumping system. A vent structure is provided by a double seal arrangement which allows the mounting ring and a main cylinder of the pumping system to be made in one piece.
