摘要: In exemplary embodiments of the present invention, “Flairosol” dispensing devices can be provided. Such devices utilize a combination of Flair® technology, pre-compression valves and aerosol-like pressurization of the dispensed liquid. Such a dispensing device has, for example, a main body comprising a pressure chamber, the latter being provided with a pressure piston and a pressure spring. The device further has a piston and a piston chamber which draws liquid from a container, for example, the inner container of a Flair® bottle, and fills the pressure chamber with that liquid as a user operates a trigger in various compression and release strokes. The piston chamber has both an inlet valve and an outlet valve, which serve to prevent backflow. Liquid exiting the piston chamber under pressure (supplied by a user pumping the trigger) enters a central vertical channel which is in fluid communication with both the pressure chamber (above the pressure piston) and a dome valve provided near the outlet channel at the top of the dispensing head. The dome valve has a preset pressure, such that once exceeded by the liquid, opens and allows for a spray. If the liquid pressure drops below such preset pressure, the dome valve closes off the outlet channel, which serves to regulate the strength of the flow and preclude leakage. Alternatively, in an activated embodiment, for example, once the liquid is sufficiently pressurized, it can be dispensed by a user allowing the dome valve to open by pressing on an activation button that removes a dome lock.

摘要: The present invention relates to a compact container having a ring button member, and more particularly, to a compact container having a ring button member which is capable of allowing a distribution plate to vertically press a pump by allowing pressing grooves formed in a diagonal direction of the ring button member to press an upper part of pressing protrusions of the distribution plate even though the ring button member is pressed in a state that the ring button member is inclined when the ring button member is pressed to exhaust contents, wherein the ring button member having a ring shape is formed on a lower part of a discharge plate, the pressing grooves are formed at two places facing each other in a diagonal direction of a lower end of the ring button member, the pressing protrusions are formed at two places facing each other facing each other in a diagonal direction of an outside of the distribution plate to correspond to the positions of the pressing grooves of the ting button member, and the distribution plate formed on the lower portion of the ring button member is coupled to the discharge plate so that a content discharge path is formed.According to the present invention,; there is provided a compact container having a ring button member, which includes a container body (10) provided with a button (11) formed at one side thereof, and a container lid (20) hinge-coupled to one side of the container body (10) to be taken on/off, wherein the compact container includes: an inner container (30) provided with a content receiving space (31); a pump support plate (40) coupled to an upper part of the inner container (30) to seal the inner container ( 30); a pump (50) installed to a central upper part of the pump support plate (40) to pump contents; a distribution plate (60) coupled to an upper part of the pump (50) and having pressing protrusions (61) formed at two places facing each other in a diagonal direction on an outside thereof; and a ring: button member (70) coupled to an upper part of the distribution: plate 60 and having pressing grooves (71) formed at two places facing each other in a diagonal direction, on a lower end thereof, wherein the pressing protrusions: (61) of the distribution plate (60) are inserted into the pressing grooves (71) of the ring button member (70)and diameters of the pressing protrusions (61) are less than inner diameters of the pressing grooves (71).

摘要: A dispensing mechanism for a liquid container is arranged in liquid communication with an outlet mechanism. The dispensing mechanism is adapted to translate a user force applied to a user operated portion into a transfer force applied from a user lever to an actuation part. A relationship between a first length and a second length forms a lever ratio. The first length extends from a first pivot axis to a user operated portion and the second length extends from the first pivot axis to a point of action of the transfer force on the actuation part. The lever ratio is adapted to increase from a non-actuated position over at least the first 50% of a dispensing stroke of the actuation part such that the transfer force increases over the at least first 50% of the dispensing stroke when a constant force is applied to the user operated portion.
