Abstract:
A wheeled bowling ball carrier or SCAT-carrier assembly, has a rigid frame enclosed by fabric or other material to protect and transport bowling balls and related equipment and other items. The configuration of the interior of the bag is made by the user with the insertion of any number of storage inserts, each of which may accommodate one or more items, and is secured to the interior floor of the bag with hook and loop tape. The frame is equipped with stops to accommodate an upright position for the SCAT-carrier assembly, and a retractable handle. The frame has an axle terminated at each end by a hub-and-wheel assembly, each assembly having three uniformly, angularly spaced to form an equilateral triangular configuration, the three wheels collectively rotating on each of the hubs and each wheel also independently rotating, and allowing for indexing, either together or independently, upon encountering an obstacle, such as uneven terrain, curbs or stairs.
Abstract:
A bowling ball bag includes a bag proper loaded on a cart which is equipped with two wheels at its one side, and a yoke extended from the other said thereof. The bag proper is provided with a side pocket in the direction of the yoke of the cart to be developed on the yoke to form a securely supported loading space. The loading space may be used to preserve a spare ball for the player in case of need.
Abstract:
A sports net carrier apparatus that includes a carrier having a vertical frame supported by at least two wheels, and a hook member connected to the vertical frame at a substantially top section of the vertical frame. The hook member rotatably engages with a horizontal top portion of a sports goal to connect the vertical frame of the carrier to permit a movement of the sports goal by moving the carrier via the at least two wheels. The hook member includes a curved portion for engaging the top portion of the sports goal. The hook member can be locked to the vertical frame of the carrier by a cross bar connected to the vertical frame at the substantially top section of the vertical frame.
Abstract:
A cart apparatus to facilitate the play of disc golf may include but not be limited to a chassis, at least three wheels rotatably coupled to the chassis, a handle member mounted to the chassis, a floor platform mounted on the chassis and at least one seat member retractably mounted on the floor platform such that the seat member descends through the floor platform with the application of a sufficient weight and the seat member ascends through the floor platform after the removal of the weight. The seat member may consist of a seat mounted on a support. When someone sits on the seat the seat support descends through a hole in floor platform until it hits the ground. The ground then supports the weight of the sitter. When the sitter stands up and gets off the seat, the member ascends through the floor platform back to its starting position, or close thereto. Folding or collapsible embodiments of the cart apparatus allow it to be stored or transported more easily. Alternative embodiments provide baskets, consoles and accessories to enhance the ease, convenience and enjoyment of disc golf.
Abstract:
A device used in beach-entry scuba dives that both assists the diver to transport scuba tanks and other diving gear to and across the shoreline, and then accompanies the diver and gear underwater. The device holds at least one scuba tank and associated gear such as a buoyancy compensator (BCD), and has a pair of wheels whose rolling position enables the loaded device to be easily transported over natural terrains. Upon reaching or while in the water the wheels may be shifted from the “rolling position” into a streamlined, free-swim position. The means attaching the scuba gear and the scuba tank are easily operated to let the user now don both scuba tank and gear and start their dive, taking the device along for the return cross-shore trip.
Abstract:
The Dive Caddy is a two wheeled land vehicle with it's primary purpose being to transport scuba diving equipment across tough terrain such as sandy beaches, rocky trails, and other hard to traverse, or reach scuba diving, or free diving locations. It is different than other prior carts in as that it has a breaking system for traveling down hills, and can be fitted with an auxiliary battery powered booster motor to traverse uphill, or help bring itself out of hard to exit situations, and also has a bench seat to stage a completed scuba unit for the diver to sit on while dawning his equipment.
Abstract:
A garment transportation and the drying device is provided with a transportation frame for carrying a container for garments, and a drying frame, the drying frame being deployable for supporting garments to be dried when the device is used in drying mode. The transportation frame provides support for a container such as a hockey bag and may be mounted on wheels to operate as a dolly. The drying frame includes a series of drying supports, preferably in the form of cantilevered arms extending from a central support post. Items to be dried such as gloves, etc., may be slid over the free ends of the cantilevered arms.
Abstract:
The invented modular, capacity-adjustable racquet tote bag device includes two or more individual container segments each configured to contain at least a head portion of a racquet and associated gear, each segment being substantially coextensive and congruent in dimension and shape on at least one face with another; cooperative fastening means extending at least part-way circumferentially around confronting ones of the faces, the fastening means configured to securely join the two or more individual container segments together; and tote means, e.g. a handle or a shoulder strap, associated with at least one of the segments for transporting the racquet tote bag device. Preferably, the cooperative fastening means includes one or more confronting loop and pile textile members configured to detachably affix to one another when pressed together. Coding means involving one or more of color differentiation, pattern differentiation, graphic differentiation, text differentiation and fabric texture differentiation provide visually distinct and thus identifiable container segments. One or more pockets configured to contain gear are also provided either within or outside each container segment.
Abstract:
A saddle rack for transporting one or more saddles includes a vertical frame attached to a base frame, where the base frame has an expandable portion that telescopes out from the vertical frame. Saddle arms for supporting saddles are pivotally connected to the front of the vertical frame allowing them to swing into horizontal position and then fold down into a vertical position. Also attached to the vertical frame is a strut that is also pivotally connected to the front face of the vertical frame. The strut swings up to support the saddle arm when it is in the horizontal position. The saddle rack also includes a locking mechanism for attaching the saddle rack to a standard dolly. The use of the saddle rack in combination with the dolly allows for easy transport of the saddle rack. The saddle rack also has portions for carrying additional accessories needed for use of equestrians including a tack holder, a basket and a muck bucket clip.
Abstract:
The present invention discloses a pull cart for removably securing and transporting an elongate object. The pull cart includes a frame, a pair of spaced-apart wheels rotatably attached to the frame, a handle attached to the frame and an elongate object holder. The elongate object holder includes a first finger, a second finger and a third finger. The first finger and the second finger are arranged as a pair of spaced-apart fingers and are located on the opposite sides of the elongate object. The third finger is longitudinally spaced from the first finger and the second finger. The elongate object holder also includes a tension spring adapted to move at least one of the first finger and the second finger relatively closer to the elongate object so that the first finger, the second finger and the third finger are each in contact with the elongate object and the elongate object is removably held onto the pull cart. The pull cart is especially useful for transporting a bow on a 3D archery course or for transporting a rifle or a shotgun while hunting. A number of accessories may be attached to the pull cart.
