Abstract:
An assembly for baseball dugout seating and for baseball equipment storage incorporating an upwardly opening vessel having a height, an upper end, and an interior space, the interior space having front and rear ends; a removable seat plate overlying the front end of the interior space; a plurality of lower brackets mounted within the rear end of the interior space; a plurality of upper brackets mounted within the rear end of the interior space; a plurality of bats having lengths greater than the upwardly opening vessel's height, each bat having an end cap, a barrel, a taper, and a handle, each bat's end cap being received by one of the lower brackets, and each bat's taper being received by one of the upper brackets; and a seat-comprising upwardly extensions of the bat handles from the upwardly opening vessel's upper end.
Abstract:
A stackable cart for storing items when in a collapsed configuration, including a wheeled base, an elevation means such as a scissor extension apparatus attached to the wheeled base, a basket frame attached to the scissor extension apparatus, and an actuation mechanism governing the height of the basket in a raised configuration of the cart.
Abstract:
A leisure equipment trolley includes an elongate base spine aligned with the longitudinal axis of the trolley, at least two rear wheels and one front wheel being mounted on the base spine, and load support means on which a load can be mounted in use. The trolley further includes a collapsible support frame being mounted on the spine and movable from a collapsed condition wherein the support frame is adjacent the spine to an operational condition in which the support frame is upstanding from the spine. The support frame includes two elongate frame members, first ends of which are pivotally connected together, the other end of the first elongate frame member being pivotally mounted to the base spine, the other end of the second elongate frame member being movably mounted on the base spine so as to be moveable along the spine.
Abstract:
An infant stroller is provided. The infant stroller includes a frame having a frontward-facing seat for receiving an infant and a first wheel assembly at a frontward portion thereof for transport of the stroller and a support of the frame at a rearward portion thereof. A pair of wheel assembles is carried about opposing positions of the rearward portion of the frame. A handle assembly is detachable from the frame and defines spaced-apart handle portions that are configured for interconnecting with spaced-apart frame members. An enclosure area is defined by a cross-member that spans the spaced-apart frame members and by the spaced-apart handle portions of the handle. An athletic article container is carried on the support and extends through the enclosure area.
Abstract:
A folding ball trolley having minimized volume has a frame, a bag and multiple resilient elements. The frame has four stand rods, four top seats, four sliding seats, four wheels, four connecting rod assemblies and four mounting rods. The bag connects to the mounting rods and the mounting rods pivotally connect to the stand rods. Accordingly, the mounting rods can be rotated relative to the stand rods such that the mounting rods do not protrude upward to occupy too much space when the ball trolley is folded. Besides, the frame is braced by the resilient elements so a user does not have to stretch his hands between the rods when folding the ball trolley, thereby preventing the hands from being clamped.
Abstract:
A wheeled and collapsible disc golf caddy system to facilitate the pleasure of playing a game of disc golf. The system comprises an elongated frame member mounting a handle at one end thereof for towing the system behind the user thereof. Intermediate the frame member is a pair of collapsible wheels for easy transportation. The remote end of the frame member mounts a pivotal rim for removably receiving a drink containing chest that can be removably secured to the frame member by means such as VELCRO fastening members. Additionally, the system includes a housing, preferably U-shaped, mounted to the frame member and containing plural shelves for storing a variety of discs.
Abstract:
A transportable caddy for sports equipment provides multiple storage containers and structures for storing sports equipment in a secured frame, providing a ball rack with a release means allowing for the balls to be intentionally released into the playing arena, storage containers for clean and dirty sports gear, sports markers and hardware, refreshment containers, and other items associated with a particular sport, primarily soccer, basketball, baseball or other sport which requires the transport of bulk equipment to and from the practice or playing venues.
Abstract:
A device used in beach-entry scuba dives that both assists the diver to transport scuba tanks and other diving gear to and across the shoreline, and then accompanies the diver and gear underwater. The device holds at least one scuba tank and associated gear such as a buoyancy compensator (BCD), and has a pair of wheels whose rolling position enables the loaded device to be easily transported over natural terrains. Upon reaching or while in the water the wheels may be shifted from the “rolling position” into a streamlined, free-swim position. The means attaching the scuba gear and the scuba tank are easily operated to let the user now don both scuba tank and gear and start their dive, taking the device along for the return cross-shore trip.
Abstract:
A hand truck has a front load platform, a rear load platform, and a pair of lower wheel assemblies and a pair of upper wheel assemblies. The load platforms and the wheel assemblies fold and nest into the frame of the hand truck, resulting in a stored position in which the thickness is approximately the same as the side rails of the hand truck. Raising and lowering of the front load platform causes the lower wheel assemblies to move back and forth from the operational position to the storage position. Likewise, raising and lower of the rear load platform causes the upper wheel assemblies to move back and forth from the operational position to the storage position.
Abstract:
A garment transportation and the drying device is provided with a transportation frame for carrying a container for garments, and a drying frame, the drying frame being deployable for supporting garments to be dried when the device is used in drying mode. The transportation frame provides support for a container such as a hockey bag and may be mounted on wheels to operate as a dolly. The drying frame includes a series of drying supports, preferably in the form of cantilevered arms extending from a central support post. Items to be dried such as gloves, etc., may be slid over the free ends of the cantilevered arms.
