    摘要： A fluidized bed dryer may include a deck, an eccentric, and a blower. A heater may or may not be included. The deck of the fluidized bed dryer may vibrate due to motion of the eccentric. The blower may blow air through the deck of the fluidized bed dryer to dry material on the deck. As the material dries, the material moves across the deck, due to the vibration. The deck bed depth may be increased, which may allow for even process air flow distribution and control of conveyance speed and residence time. The fluidized bed dryer may include a controller configured to implement a drying process that may include one or more of temperature, moisture content, and relative humidity data to optimize product throughput while ensuring a desired degree of dryness.

    摘要： A dryer for drying granulated material for use in pharmaceutical products. The dryer includes a plurality of stationary drying chambers, each having its own feed conduit. A common material removal device receives discharged, dried granules from each of the drying chambers. A changeover valve has a plurality of outlets and provides a path from the supply source of the granulated material to a charge port on each of the drying chambers, so that each drying chamber is charged sequentially. Air ducts provide flows of warmed air. The main air duct provides a main airflow, a relatively large volume of air, to an air inlet in each of the drying chambers. The auxiliary air duct provides a lesser volume of air to the feed conduit of each drying chamber, to aid in moving the granulated material out of the feed conduit and into the drying chamber.

    摘要： A grid nozzle assembly for a fluidized bed reactor, a fluidized bed reactor with a grid nozzle assembly, a method of mounting a grid nozzle assembly as a replacement in a fluidized bed reactor, and a method of replacing a grid nozzle assembly in a fluidized bed reactor. The reactor includes a horizontally extending bottom plate, a gas plenum chamber below the bottom plate, and vertical gas pipes having a top end and extending from the gas plenum chamber upwards across the bottom plate. The nozzle assembly includes a nozzle head with a gas channel for injecting fluidizing gas from one of the vertical gas pipes to the reaction chamber and a tube sleeve adapted to be firmly fixed by welding around the top end of the vertical gas pipe. The nozzle head and the tube sleeve form a twist-lock enabling quick connecting and disconnecting.
