    Abstract: Server chassis having a main chassis with a bottom surface and first and second lower sidewalls that extend vertically from opposing sides of the bottom surface. First and second flanges extend horizontally outward from the first and second lower sidewalls, respectively. First and second upper sidewalls vertically extend from the first and second flanges. The distance between the first and second upper sidewalls is greater than the distance between first and second lower sidewalls. A tray resting on each of the flanges divides a portion of the main chassis into an upper and a lower portion. A first lateral recess is defined by the first lower sidewall and the first flange, and a second lateral recess is defined by the second lower sidewall and the second flange. The first and second recesses are configured to receive a rail defining an outer boundary substantially flush with the first and second sidewalls.

    Abstract: A server includes a chassis having a base and a cover, a switch mounted on the chassis, and a motherboard. The motherboard includes a control circuit and a power-on pin. The control circuit includes a switch unit, and the switch unit includes a first buffer, a switch chip and a jumper. When the cover is detached from the base, the switch outputs a first signal to the first buffer, and the first buffer outputs the first signal to the switch chip. The switch chip outputs the first signal to the power-on pin, and the server is powered off. When the base is covered by the cover, the switch outputs a third signal to the first buffer and the first buffer outputs the third signal to the switch chip. The switch chip outputs the third signal to the power-on pin, and the server is powered on.

    Abstract: EMI-proof server chassis preventing EMI on an electronic component, includes a chassis and a double aperture flexible piece. The chassis includes a connection portion connected to the chassis, a first engagement portion and a second engagement portion. The first engagement portion and the second engagement portion are connected to and disposed on two sides of the connection portion. The first engagement portion and the second engagement portion are parallelly prolonged, and substantially opposite to each other. The double aperture flexible piece, shaped as a curvature plate, has a first aperture and a second aperture on two sides. The first engagement portion and the second engagement portion are engaged to the first aperture and the second aperture respectively, and the portion of the double aperture flexible piece between the first aperture and the second aperture is curved toward the electronic component, and contact with the electronic component.

    Abstract: A server for or accommodating a plurality of first expansion cards. The server includes a housing, a half-width motherboard, a connector and a dual-sided riser card. The half-width motherboard is disposed in the housing. The connector is disposed at a side edge of the half-width motherboard for connecting with one of the first expansion cards.     Abstract: A electronic device includes a chassis, a panel, a cover and a security structure. The panel covers a side of the chassis. The cover covers another side of the chassis. The security structure includes a locking component, a positioning component and a linking shaft. The locking component is disposed on the panel and interfered with the chassis to lock the panel. The positioning component is disposed on the cover and interfered with the chassis to position the cover. The linking shaft is disposed between the locking component and the positioning component and stops the positioning component from being separated from the chassis. When a position of the locking component is adjusted to release the interference between the locking component and the chassis, the linking shaft is driven by the locking component to release the positioning component and move along a direction away the panel.

    Abstract: A chassis defines a slot for receiving a motherboard. The motherboard is insertable within the slot and further defines a plurality of fan module receivers along an edge thereof. Fan modules insert within the fan modules receivers and are removable and insertable while the motherboard is inserted within the chassis. The motherboard defines a plurality of edge connectors and connectors of the plurality of fan modules engage the edge connectors. Alignment posts mount to the motherboard opposite the edge connectors and the fan modules include slots that engage the alignment posts to align the connectors of the fan modules with the edge connectors. The chassis includes a midplane defining a plurality of expansion sockets on one side and one or more motherboard sockets on the other. The expansion sockets are arranged in a coplanar and collinear manner to enable a planar expansion card to simultaneously insert within multiple expansion sockets.
