摘要: A system for rehabilitation is disclosed. The system for rehabilitation includes a monitoring device comprising a memory device storing instructions and a network interface card, wherein the monitoring device is configured to detect information from a body part of a user. The system for rehabilitation further includes one or more processing devices operatively coupled to the monitoring device. The one or more processing devices are configured to execute the instructions to receive configuration information specified in a treatment plan for rehabilitating the body part of the user. The one or more processing devices are configured to execute the instructions for receiving the information from the monitoring device. The one or more processing devices are further configured to execute the instructions to transmit the configuration information and the information to a computing device controlling an electromechanical device, via the network interface card.

摘要: Disclosed are a method for measuring the level of muscle relaxation, a device thereof and an apparatus for measuring muscle relaxation, and the method respectively obtains the sampled values of the acceleration and angular velocity of the measurement site via an acceleration sensor and an angular velocity sensor or a speed sensor and an angular velocity sensor, in order to calculate the degree of muscle relaxation according to the sampled values of the acceleration and angular velocity. As the calculated results combine the sampled values of the acceleration and angular velocity of the measurement site, the accuracy of the calculated results is higher. Moreover, the measurement combines an acceleration sensor and an angular velocity sensor or a speed sensor and an angular velocity sensor, so that the apparatus for measuring muscle relaxation can be placed in any position of the measurement site without influencing the accuracy of the measured results.

摘要: A method and a system for action monitoring of reciprocating sport are provided. The monitoring method is adapted for a monitoring system including a calculation apparatus, at least one gravity sensor disposed on at least one motion part of a human body and at least one electromyography sensor disposed on at least one muscle part of the human body. The method includes: in a process of a reciprocating sport involving multiple actions performed by the human body, sensing a relative angle of each motion part with respect to a reference position of the human body by the gravity sensor and sensing a startup sequence of the muscle part by the electromyography sensor; determining the action performed by the human body according to the relative angle; and determining whether a force applied by the human body is correct according to the action and the startup sequence of the muscle part.

Time-stamped heart rate data and work rate data can be collected by one or more sensing modules. A processor circuit can calculate a heart rate-based energy expenditure and a work rate-based energy expenditure. The system may include at least one computer system configured to receive patient-specific data regarding a geometry of the patients heart, and create a three-dimensional model representing at least a portion of the patient's heart based on the patient-specific data. The at least one computer system may be further configured to create a physics-based model relating to a blood flow characteristic of the patient's heart and determine a fractional flow reserve within the patient's heart based on the three-dimensional model and the physics-based model.

摘要: A non-invasive system, and method for simple, quantitative screening for mTBI and other forms of mid cognitive impairment using a visuo-motor performance test (for example, a submaximal grip test) in response to visual feedback to quantitatively measure the intra-individual variability of performance metric for initial screening of patients with mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI), and other neurological disorders. The system and method can be administered in minutes, by any level of caregiver, in any environment including military in-the-field or sports on-field deployments, and is useful in screening those truly injured from those disguising or mimicking injury. In addition to screening, the system and method can be used to monitor and/or detect changes to intra-individual variability over time by comparison to a baseline, which in turn is helpful in determining estimated recovery trajectory or other related information.

The jaw exercise system comprises one or more of a progressive resistance attachment assembly, a passive motion attachment assembly, a force characterization attachment assembly, and a hyoid motion attachment assembly.
