摘要: Aspects herein use a feature detection system to visually identify a feature on a component. The feature detection system includes at least two cameras that capture images of the feature from different angles or perspectives. From these images, the system generates a 3D point cloud of the components in the images. Instead of projecting the boundaries of features onto the point cloud directly, the aspects herein identify predefined geometric shapes in the 3D point cloud. The system then projects pixel locations of the feature's boundaries onto the identified geometric shapes in the point cloud. Doing so yields the 3D coordinates of the feature which then can be used by a robot to perform a manufacturing process.

摘要: Methods and apparatus for treating a patient. The method includes acquiring a plurality of radio frequency (RF) signals with an ultrasound transducer, each RF signal representing one or more return echoes from a scan line of a pulse-mode echo ultrasound scan. A position of the ultrasound transducer corresponding to each of the acquired RF signals is determined, and a plurality of contour lines generated from the plurality of RF signals. The method estimates a 3-D shape and position of an anatomical feature, such as a joint of patient based on the generated contour lines and corresponding ultrasound transducer positions. An apparatus, or computer includes a processor and a memory with instructions that, when executed by the processor, perform the aforementioned method.

摘要: A system for locating a cable tethered from a machine along a worksite is disclosed. The system includes a laser scanner and a color camera. A location unit generates a position of the machine. The system includes a processing device disposed on the machine and in communication with the laser scanner, the color camera and the location unit. The processing device determines a location of the cable based on signals from the laser scanner and the color camera. The system further includes a server remotely located with respect to the machine and disposed in communication with the processing device. The server is configured to record locations of the cable at different instances of time and generates a map of the cable based on the locations of the cable.

摘要: A method of imaging a stoma and/or peristomal skin includes obtaining a 2D image of a stoma and generating a 3D image from the 2D image of the stoma. In generating a 3D image, the 2D image may be converted into a grayscale and plotted into the 3D image. The color or the stoma and peristomal skin can also be measured to diagnose or track changes indicative of health and disease. The 3D image of the stoma and/or peristomal skin can facilitate determination of peristomal and stomal conditions and assist in maintaining health thereof.
