摘要: The present disclosure describes an induction charging device for a partially or fully electrically operated motor vehicle. The induction charging device includes at least one charging coil and a temperature-control assembly including a fluid pipe for a liquid fluid. The charging coil is inductively couplable to a primary coil such that a battery can be inductively charged in the motor vehicle. The charging coil is heat-transmittingly connected to the fluid pipe such that the waste heat from the charging coil can be transmitted to the fluid. The induction charging device further includes a metal shielding plate for shielding electromagnetic field emissions, and a ferrite assembly for directing an electromagnetic alternating field. The charging coil is arranged in the fluid pipe such that the fluid can flow around it on all sides. The charging coil is secured in the fluid pipe directly or via a retaining device.

The power transmitter further includes an inverter circuit configured to receive a direct current (DC) power and convert the input power to a power signal and a coil configured to transmit the power signal to a power receiver, the coil formed of wound Litz wire and including at least one layer, the coil defining, at least, a top face.

An array of the tiles may be provided in which case each tile has a wireless power transfer resonator. At least one of the tiles of the array is electrically coupled to an RF power source. The EM field generated by each tile is inductively coupled from that tile to a nearest-neighbor tile of the array.

摘要: A wireless charging device according to one implementation embodiment comprises a flow path arranged inside a magnetic unit or at an adjacent portion, and has cooling fluid flowing into the flow path so as to come in contact with the magnetic unit, and thus the heat generated during wireless charging can be readily discharged. Therefore, the wireless charging device can be effectively useful for a moving means such as an electric vehicle that requires high-capacity power transmission between a transmitter and a receiver.

摘要: A method of focused wireless power transmission is disclosed which includes generating a map for electromagnetic fingerprints at N locations within an environment of interest, including a transmitter and plurality of receivers each located at one of the N locations, transmitting pre-matched signals based on the electromagnetic fingerprints in a predetermined order for a first location of the N location, measuring response at each of the N locations, measuring spatial correlations between all other locations and the first location, and evaluating electromagnetic power focus at each of the N locations by comparing the measured spatial correlations.

摘要: Provided are a magnetic field shield sheet for a wireless charger, a method of manufacturing the sheet, and a receiver for the wireless charger by using the sheet. The sheet includes at least one layer thin magnetic sheet made of an amorphous ribbon separated into a plurality of fine pieces; a protective film that is adhered on one surface of the thin magnetic sheet via a first adhesive layer provided on one side of the protective film; and a double-sided tape that is adhered on the other surface of the thin magnetic sheet via a second adhesive layer provided on one side of the double-sided adhesive tape, wherein gaps among the plurality of fine pieces are filled by some parts of the first and second adhesive layers, to thereby isolate the plurality of fine pieces.
