摘要： The present disclosure relates to aerosol delivery devices. The aerosol delivery devices include mechanisms configured to deliver an aerosol precursor composition from a reservoir to an atomizer including a vaporization heating element to produce a vapor. For example, a bubble jet head may be configured to dispense the aerosol precursor composition to the atomizer. The bubble jet head may be fixedly coupled to the atomizer. The bubble jet head may include a precursor inlet, an ejection heating element, and a precursor nozzle. The atomizer may include a vaporization heating element.

摘要： An electronic cigarette includes a laser and a light guide. A reservoir is provided for storing a vaporisable liquid. An absorber is provided to absorb light emitted by the laser and to generate heat. An optical interface is provided at a second end face of the light guide, and a flow path is provided for vaporisable liquid to flow from the reservoir towards the optical interface at the second end face and the absorber. The optical interface selectively reflects or refracts light emitted by the laser such that light emitted by the laser is coupled towards the absorber when liquid is present at the optical interface and light emitted by the laser is coupled away from the absorber when liquid is not present at the optical interface.

Devices can further comprise one or more visual indicators indicating spatial orientation of one or more device components, the status of the airflow control setting(s), or both. The invention further provides methods of using such devices in reducing one or more smoking habit-related cravings.

摘要： A method of counting the number of puffs using an aerosol generating device is disclosed. The may include obtaining a first start time which is a time when a pressure measured by a sensor included in the aerosol generating device decreases below a first reference pressure value; obtaining a first end time which is a time when the pressure measured by the sensor reaches the first reference pressure value after the first start time; determining whether a first period, which is a period between the first end time and the first start time, is longer than or equal to a first reference period; and increase the number of puffs by one based on the first period being longer than or equal to the first reference period.

摘要： The aerosol-generating device includes a housing, and a power supply configured to supply electrical power to a heating element by way of a transformer assembly within the housing. The transformer assembly includes a magnetic flux guide, a primary circuit including a primary winding extending around a first portion of the magnetic flux guide and electrically connected to the power supply, and a secondary circuit including a secondary winding inductively coupled to the primary winding and extending around a second portion of the magnetic flux guide. The number of turns in the primary winding is greater than the number of turns in the secondary winding. The secondary circuit includes at least two electrical contacts configured to form an electrical connection with the heating element.
