    摘要： A security lock device for a side-by-side pair of hinged double doors which permits securely locking the doors to the opposing door jambs and to one another to thereby secure the same against forced entry. The security lock device comprises a pair of locking bar assemblies mounted on a common face of the pair of doors and extending generally horizontally thereacross. Each locking bar assembly includes an elongate central mounting bar extending widthwise of the door with a pair of slidable bars mounted along opposite sides of the central mounting bar and adapted for longitudinal sliding movement between a retracted unlocked position and an extended locked position. When in the extended locked position, the slidable bars interlockingly engage one another at the opposing inside edges of the doors where the doors meet and also engage the door jambs along the outside edges of the door to thereby maintain the pair of double doors in a tightly locked position.

    摘要： A plastic molded refrigerator pan and window assembly in which the front wall of the pan includes a large opening within which is disposed a separable snap-engaging clear plastic panel. The engagement is provided by upper and lower channels provided in the respective edges of the panel which engage opposing sides of the front wall adjacent the edge of the opening. Because of the generally unsupported and flexible nature of the front wall along the upper edge of the opening, the panel engaging structure includes tab portions of varying height which in certain areas snap into the respective opposing channel and at other areas require sufficient forceful displacement of the top of the wall to seat the tab in the flange so that unintended disengagement is prevented even at the most flexible area of the panel.

    摘要： A device for restraining movement of a pivoted or hinged closure member in closed position relative to a second member at the distal edge thereof, such as an adjacent second door and/or a door frame. The restraining device is especially useful on double doors of truck trailers and cargo containers and complements the usual door latches in preventing frame racking and opening of the door in response to an internally applied force due, for example, to a load shift. The device comprises two interengageable members, one fixedly connected to a hinged closure member adjacent to the distal edge thereof and the other on an adjacent second member. Opening of the closure member is prevented by the device when both the hinged closure member and the second member, such as the second door, are moved or when forces strain the hinged closure member to cause the interengaged members to bind. Movement in the plane of the door (so-called ''''racking'''') is inhibited through a rigidifying effect from the interengagement of the members of the restraining device.
