    摘要： The present invention relates to an opening means (1) for a closing unit (14), having a bearing (2) which can be fastened on a closing unit (14), and having two pivotable lever arm parts (3, 4), of which one circle sector-like pivoting plane is perpendicular, and a further pivoting plane is essentially parallel to the plane of the closing unit (14), wherein one lever arm part is a force arm (4) and one lever arm part is a load arm (3), characterized in that when the force arm (4) is pivoted in its circle sector-like plane which is perpendicular to the plane of the closing unit (14), the load arm (3) is simultaneously pivoted via a coupling, in the opposite direction to the force arm (4), in its circle sector-like plane perpendicular to the plane of the closing unit (14).

    摘要： A door locking system includes a door that has an outer edge. The door is overlapped with a door frame in a dwelling wall when the door in a closed position. A mounting plate is attached to the outer edge and has an upper edge and a lower edge. A swing plate is pivotally coupled to the mounting plate by a pivot pin positioned adjacent to the upper edge. A stop plate is attached to the door frame and extends outwardly from the door frame. The mounting plate is abutted against the stop plate when the door is in a closed position overlapping the door frame. The stop plate is positioned below the pivot pin. The swing plate is pivoted over the stop plate in a locking position to position the stop plate between the swing plate and the mounting plate to prevent opening of the door.

    摘要： The apparatus comprises a gripping-operating unit including a gripping subassembly, a base subassembly for mounting the components of the unit and an operating subassembly. The gripping subassembly includes a gripper, from which, at one of its vertical extremity, a lever, integral with the gripper, extends horizontally. The base subassembly generally includes an elongated body and a positioning-attachment element connected to the latter. The operating subassembly comprises a spring guide block with opposed channels, a helical compression spring, located in one of the channels, and a pushing pin having a tooth like extension. Should the lever act on the pushing pin, the later, via the tooth like extension, operates against the helical compression spring, and simultaneously moves beyond the spring guide bloc.When a lock is used, a subassembly strike-stopper and a lock actuator-stopper deactivator subassembly are included.

    摘要： A first L-shaped bracket is secured to the door and has an aperture aligned with an aperture extending through the door. A second L-shaped bracket having substantially the same size and shape as the first bracket has a rod which, in the locking position, extends through the aperture in the door bracket and door. In the non-use position, the rod extends through an aperture in the outwardly extending section of the door bracket. The outwardly extending section of the door bracket also has a second aperture. The handled bracket has an aperture on each section aligning with the second aperture in the outwardly extending section to accommodate a padlock.
