摘要: A method and corresponding gas processing system for cleaning deposited solid material from a fouled portion of a gas compressor whilst the gas compressor is in situ in a natural gas processing system are provided. Cleaning of a gas compressor is achieved by accumulating liquid removed from cooling gas used for cooling the gas compressor and supplying the accumulated liquid to an inlet of the gas compressor in order to remove deposited solid material from the gas compressor. The cooling gas is extracted from an intermediate stage of the gas compressor.

摘要: A gas compressor comprising a drum affixed to a rotating shaft, the drum including a plurality of compression channels between a common pressure zone and an interior surface of the drum distal to an axis of rotation. A static vane return assembly adjacent the compression channels includes vanes extending from an inlet at an outer circumference to the common pressure zone and directing gas into the common pressure zone, either through the vanes or via separate channels or ducts. Fluid inside the rotating dmm forms an annular lake that is drawn through the vanes and into the common pressure zone. Fluid is then forced into the compression channels where gas in the fluid is compressed as it travels from the common pressure zone toward the interior surface. The pressurized gas is separated from the liquid prior to leaving the compression channel assembly while the liquid is returned to the lake.

The submersible well fluid system may also include a chemical distribution system for supplying treatment chemicals to the submersible well fluid system, a barrier fluid supply system for supplying a barrier fluid to the submersible well fluid system, and a pressure management system.

摘要: There is provided an apparatus (30) and method for conditioning the flow of a mixed phase flow from a supply pipe (101) from a hydrocarbon well. The apparatus (30) comprises an elongate reservoir (11) having a first end for receiving a multi-phase fluid flow from the supply pipe and a second closed end, there being provided a gas outlet (02) from the upper part of the first end, a liquid separation region downstream of the first end, and a liquid outlet (12) from the lower part of the liquid separation region; and a gas-liquid mixer to which the gas and liquid outlets are connected such that the separated gas and liquid may be recombined. The reservoir (11) may accommodate surges of liquid such that the flow rate from the liquid outlet is relatively invariant over time compared to that of the flow received by the apparatus.

摘要: A levering device includes a coupling block, a gripper, an operating rod, and a constraint sleeve. The coupling block includes a coupling chamber, two guide slots in communication with the coupling chamber, an extension rod, and an axial hole axially cut through the extension rod in communication with the coupling chamber. The operating rod being axially movably inserted through the axial hole into a bearing chamber of a housing of a motor-driven water lifting device to stop against respective one end of a wheel axle of the motor-driven water lifting device. The gripper is attachable to the two guide slots of the coupling block and includes two gripper blocks and two claw bars respectively connected to the gripper blocks. The constraint sleeve is sleeved onto the coupling block to stop the two claw bars in the respective the guide slots.

摘要: A centrifugal gas compressor with rotating hollow housing and an independently rotating, turbine compresses gas bubbles in capillary tubes and recovers energy from the liquid drain (sometimes a liquid recycler). The housing rotatably retains an internal spool having the turbine. Gas-liquid emulsion fed to the capillaries generates compressed gas-liquid emulsion at a radially distal annular region in an annular lake within the spool. Compressed gas leaves the lake and is ported away. A turbine blade edge in spilt over liquid drives the turbine, converting angular velocity/momentum into shaft torque as recovered energy. Blade captured liquid is recycled to capillary inputs.

摘要: A fluid moving system and apparatus for an electric submersible pump (ESP) is described. A fluid moving system includes a gas separator between an electric submersible pump and an ESP motor, the gas separator including a separation chamber including an impeller and a diffuser, the impeller including a plurality of regressively pitched main vanes interspersed between a plurality of mixer vanes, each of the plurality of main and mixer vanes extending along the hub with a positive slope and a concave top face, and a diffuser, the diffuser including blades extending along a diffuser body in a sloped direction substantially opposite the slope of the impeller main vanes, the blades having a concave top face and a regressive pitch that mirrors the pitch of the impeller main vanes, wherein the impeller vanes and diffuser blades serve to homogenize the well fluid while facilitating downstream movement.
