A one-piece partition cooperates with the body and forms a closed cavity that is filled with a damping fluid. The partition includes a fluid chamber bounded by spaced upper and lower walls. A resilient flange provided around the periphery of the partition reciprocally supports the partition between the mounting members. An orifice track formed in the partition provides fluid communication between the cavity and the fluid chamber.

    摘要: A liquid-sealed type vibration isolator has a resilient member disposed between the a mounting member, connected to one of a vibration-generating portion and a vibration-receiving portion, and a second mounting member, connected to the other one of the vibrator-generating portion and the vibrator-receiving portion, and the resilient member is adapted to undergo deformation during occurrence of vibrations. A pressure-receiving liquid chamber is disposed in such a manner as to be capable of expanding and shrinking by using the resilient member as a portion of a partition wall thereof. A limiting passageway allows the pressure-receiving liquid chamber and the auxiliary liquid chamber to communicate with each other. A vibrating element is supported by one of the first mounting member and the second mounting member via a resilient supporting member in such a manner as to be movable along a predetermined axis, and the vibrating element constitutes a portion of another partition wall of the pressure-receiving liquid chamber so as to be subjected to the hydraulic pressure of the pressure-receiving liquid chamber. A solenoid has a coil and a plunger adapted to move the vibrating element in one of two predetermined directions along the axis. A spring urges the vibrating element in the other one of the two predetermined directions.

    摘要: A hydraulic damping device is provided having a rubber elastic body, a rubber film member closing an opening of the rubber elastic body so as to define a closed chamber, and a partition member dividing the closed chamber into two liquid chambers. A restricted liquid passageway interconnects the two liquid chambers. A cylindrical frame member composed of a resin material having a low coefficient of thermal conductivity is joined to the outer peripheral surface of the rubber elastic body. A support member composed of an aluminum alloy is secured to the outer peripheral surface of the frame member and is connected to an engine. When the support member receives a large amount of heat from the engine, the rubber elastic body is thermally insulated from the support member by virtue of the resin frame member, and accordingly, can be prevented from deteriorating due to the heat of the engine. In addition, by composing the support member of an aluminum alloy, the weight of the device can be reduced.

    摘要: A hydraulic damping device for preventing the transmission of vibrations of wide-ranging frequencies. The device includes a thick vibration damping rubber body which defines a main liquid chamber therewithin, first and second deformable rubber diaphragms which respectively define first and second auxiliary liquid chambers, first and second passageways for respectively connecting the auxiliary liquid chambers to the main liquid chamber, each passageway generating liquid resonance in a predetermined frequency vibration range different from each other, and a bottom plate for defining a pressure chamber with the first deformable rubber diaphragm which defines the first auxiliary liquid chamber connected with the main liquid chamber by the first passageway generating liquid resonance in a high-frequency vibration range. The pressure chamber is selectively brought into communication with the atmosphere or a negative pressure source. When idle vibrations are input, the pressure chamber communicates with the atmosphere to freely deform the first deformable rubber diaphragm, whereby a damping liquid flows mainly through the first passageway and accordingly the idle vibrations are effectively absorbed, whereas when shake vibrations are input, the pressure chamber communicates with the negative pressure source to restrict the free deformation of the first deformable rubber diaphragm, whereby the damping liquid flows mainly through the second passageway generating liquid resonance in a low-frequency vibration range, and accordingly shake vibrations are effectively restrained.

    摘要: A fluid-filled elastic mount including mutually spaced-apart first and second support members, and an elastic body for elastically connecting the first and second support members. The elastic mount has a plurality of fluid chambers filled with a non-compressible fluid and communicating with each other through an orifice passage or passages, and an air-tight operating chamber which is formed on one side of a flexible membrane remote from the corresponding fluid chamber. This flexible membrane consists of a fluid-impermeable first flexible layer which is corrosion-resistant to the non-compressible fluid, and a fluid-impermeable second flexible layer which is corrosion-resistant to gasoline. These flexible layers are superposed on each other such that the first flexible layer is exposed to the fluid chamber while the second flexible layer is exposed to the operating chamber. The elastic mount further includes a pressure control device for applying a vacuum pressure to the operating chamber so as to restrict elastic deformation of the flexible membrane.

    摘要: A fluid-filled elastic mount including a first and a second support member elastically connected by an elastic body interposed between, a cylindrical connecting member secured to an outer surface of the elastic body, and a closure member fitted on the connecting member. The closure member cooperates with the elastic body to define a fluid chamber filled with a non-compressible fluid. The fluid chamber is divided by a partition structure supported by the closure member, into a pressure-receiving chamber and a variable-volume equilibrium chamber. A sealing rubber layer is sandwiched between the connecting and closure members, in a direction perpendicular to the load-receiving direction of the mount, assuring fluid-tight sealing of the fluid chamber. The second support member includes a caulking portion which retains the connecting and closure members in the load-receiving direction. A method of manufacturing the fluid-filled elastic mount as described above is also disclosed.

    摘要: An engine mount includes a main working chamber and an expansion chamber. Orifice passages in which electrodes are disposed, fluidly connect the main and expansion chambers. An auxiliary chamber which is hermetically separated from the main working chamber by a flexible partition is in part defined by a diaphragm the external surface of which is exposed to atmospheric pressure. The auxiliary chamber contains an ERF which develops a higher viscosity than the ERF which fills the main and expansion chambers. When a voltage is impressed on electrodes in the auxiliary chamber the viscosity of the ERF increases and the flexure of the flexible elastomeric partition is prevented.

    摘要: The resilient return strut is of the elastic-hydraulic type with incorporated linear damping by throttling a high-viscosity fluid, and comprises a damper (1) mounted between two return springs (2, 3) in elastomer-based sleeves (17, 18), undergoing a shearing action and sealing the chambers (34, 35) set off within the body of the damper (12) by a transverse wall (10) which marks off a permanent throttling passage around a central brace (23). Limiting valves equipped with spring-leaves (45) sealing the holes (40) bored in the wall (10) increase the throttling section. A compressed-air system (52), mounted in a spring (2), compensates for thermal expansion of the fluid. The device is used with helicopter rotors.
