    Abstract: A controller in an unmanned aerial vehicle determines whether the unmanned aerial vehicle is beyond a visual range within which the unmanned aerial vehicle is visible to an operator. When the unmanned aerial vehicle is determined to be beyond the visual range, the controller determines whether the operator is controlling the unmanned aerial vehicle using the control device while viewing video on a head-mounted display. When the operator is determined to be controlling the unmanned aerial vehicle using the control device while viewing video on the head-mounted display, the controller controls flight of the unmanned aerial vehicle in accordance with control information for controlling the unmanned aerial vehicle. When the operator is determined not to be controlling the unmanned aerial vehicle using the control device while viewing video on the head-mounted display, the controller does not control flight of the unmanned aerial vehicle in accordance with the control information.

    Abstract: A transmission frame generating device generates a transmission frame. The generating device includes a control information signal generator which generates a modulation method control signal indicating a modulation method used for a data signal and an error correction method control signal indicating an error correction method used for the data signal and a frame former which forms the transmission frame by arranging a training signal, the data signal, the modulation method control signal and the error correction method control signal on a plurality of subcarriers on a frequency axis. The modulation method control signal being repeatedly and discretely arranged on a first multiple of the plurality of subcarriers on the frequency axis and the error correction method control signal being repeatedly and discretely arranged on a second multiple of the plurality of the subcarriers on the frequency axis.

    Abstract: A recording medium is provided in which are recorded a stream file, including a first luminance video expressed by luminance of a first dynamic range, and a second luminance video expressed by luminance of a second dynamic range that is broader than the first dynamic range, and a playlist file for controlling playback of the stream file. The recording medium includes first and second combination information, representing combinations of first and second audio streams that each can be played at the same time in a same playback section with the first luminance video and the second luminance video, being described in the playlist file. The recording medium also includes the first audio streams that can be played at the same time with the first luminance video in this playback section being all listed in the first combination information.

    Abstract: A communication system is provided that includes a network node, a first terminal which supports an EVS (Enhanced Voice Service) codec, and a second terminal. The EVS codec supports an AMR-WB (Adaptive Multi Rate Wideband) codec compatible mode and an AMR-WB codec non-compatible mode, the AMR-WB codec having a dedicated payload format, where the AMR-WB codec compatible mode is compatible with an AMR-WB codec and the AMR-WB codec non-compatible mode is non-compatible with the AMR-WB codec. The first terminal and the second terminal negotiate the AMR-WB codec non-compatible mode in a session negotiation to select the AMR-WB codec non-compatible mode to be used for the communication between the first terminal and the second terminal when the communication starts.

    Abstract: A method for controlling an information terminal apparatus is disclosed. The method includes, receiving first display data indicating a condition to permit collecting selection information indicating recipe information selected by a user, and recipe information for selection. Once a recipe is selected by the user, selection information indicating selected recipe information is received. Based on the received information, a determination of whether the selected recipe information has a specific health identifier, and a determination of whether the user has granted a comprehensive permission for collecting the selection information under the indicated condition are made. When the selected recipe information is determined to include the specific health identifier and it is determined that the user has granted the comprehensive permission, the selected recipe information is uploaded to a server without requesting an individual permission from the user.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method for operating a Discontinuous Reception, DRX, function at a user equipment. The UE is configured with at least one licensed cell and at least one unlicensed cell and operates the DRX function. The UE receives, from a radio base station, a DRX-active instruction to be in DRX Active Time at least on the unlicensed cell until receiving the next downlink control information related to a downlink data transmission to be received via the unlicensed cell. Correspondingly, in response to the received DRX-active instruction, the UE is in DRX Active Time at least on the unlicensed cell, comprising continuously monitoring a downlink control channel for downlink control information.
