摘要: A switch device includes a first connection interface, a second connection interface, an video output interface, a control module and a processing module. The first connection interface receives a first video and the second connection interface receives a second video. The video output interface outputs an integrated video. The control module receives a control signals including a position data. The processing module generates the integrated video based on the first video and the second video. The integrated video includes a first sub-image having a first depth and a second sub-image having a second depth respectively corresponding to the first video and the second video. When the position data falls within an overlapping area of the first sub-image and the second sub-image, the processing module outputs the control signal to one of the first connection interface and the second connection interface based on the first depth and the second depth.

摘要: A signal relaying device applied to DisplayPort architecture is disclosed. The signal relaying device is coupled between a source device and a sink device and includes a receiving end, an arbiter and a transmitting end. The receiving end receives a request signal from the source device via the first auxiliary channel. The arbiter is coupled to the receiving end and receives the request signal. The transmitting end receives the request signal from the arbiter and transmits the request signal to the sink device via the second auxiliary channel. The sink device transmits a first configuration data to the transmitting end via the second auxiliary channel when receiving the request signal. The arbiter replaces the first configuration data with the second configuration data and transmits the second configuration data to the receiving end when receiving the first configuration data from the transmitting end.

摘要: A synchronized video stream switching method for a video wall system. The video wall system includes a transmitter having first and second channels, and a receiver having third and fourth channels. The method includes: (a) After receiving a control command, the transmitter uses the first channel to transmit the first video stream to the third channel, and uses the second channel to transmit a pre-switch command to the fourth channel. (b) After receiving the pre-switch command, the receiver preserves the first video stream in the third channel. (c) After the switching event occurs at the transmitter in response to the control command, the transmitter transmit the second video stream via the first channel, but the receiver continues to preserve the first video stream in the third channel within a predetermined time period. (d) After the predetermined time period, the receiver accepts the second video stream in the third channel.

摘要: An apparatus for recording game history is coupled between a game host and a game console and performs a game history recording and interaction method. The apparatus communicates with the game host through a first wireless unit, and communicates with the game console through a second wireless unit, to receive game operation information generated from operations of the game console. The apparatus receives a video signal outputted by the game host through a video input port. The processing module is coupled to the wireless units and the video input port respectively and is used to obtain the game operation information from the wireless units and generate operation information images corresponding to the game operation information. The processing module superimposes the operation information images on the video signal correspondingly to form game history video data and outputs the superimposed game history video data to a display device for display.

摘要: A method for extending the range of isochronous USB data transfer, by providing a local extender and a remote extender, coupled respectively to the USB host and the USB device, and coupled to each other via a non-USB cable. After receiving a first In-token from the host, the local extender transmits a first data packet to the host, which contains a data payload having a non-zero length; the data is either generated by the first extender, or previously received from the USB device and stored in a buffer. The local extender forwards the first In-token to the USB device via the remote extender; in response, the USB device generates a second data packet containing requested data and transmits it to the local extender via the remote extender. The local extender stores the second data packet and transmits it to the host in response to a second In-token from the host.
