Abstract: A sound treatment assembly includes an outlet member having a bore extending along a longitudinal axis, and a first flange portion is adapted to be coupled to portion of a valve body of a regulator valve. The first flange portion includes a contoured mating surface adapted to mate with a corresponding contoured portion of an exterior surface of the valve body. The outlet member also includes a second flange portion disposed at the second end. A diffuser assembly includes diffuser housing extending along the longitudinal axis, and a first flange portion is disposed at the first end of the diffuser housing and is adjacent to the second flange portion of the outlet member. One or more diffuser elements are disposed within an interior of the diffuser housing to reduce noise levels in the fluid exiting the outlet member.

Abstract: A fluid regulator includes an actuator, a body assembly, and a balancing system disposed between the actuator assembly and the body assembly. The actuator assembly includes an upper casing, a lower casing secured to the upper casing, and a diaphragm assembly disposed between the upper and lower casings. The body assembly includes a stem assembly operatively connected to the diaphragm assembly to move with the diaphragm assembly. Abstract: A valve plug comprising a cylindrical body having an annular flange with a top surface, a bottom surface, and a circumference is disclosed. Abstract: A pilot operated pressure relief valve includes a valve body having a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet connected by a fluid passageway. A valve plug may be disposed within the fluid passageway, the valve plug cooperating with a valve seat to control fluid flow through the fluid passageway. An actuator may be connected to the valve plug, the regulator biasing the valve plug towards the valve seat. Abstract: A slam-shut mechanism for operatively connecting a slam-shut control element of a fluid regulator with a controller for the control element. The mechanism includes a shaft and a cam carried by the shaft and having a cam surface adapted to be operatively connected to the slam-shut control element. The mechanism also includes a latching pin carried by the shaft, a latch, and a lever operably connected to the latch and adapted to be selectively engaged by the controller.
