    摘要: The pressure regulating device (10) is adapted to be interposed between a pressurized fluid supply and a fluid receiving space into which the pressurized fluid is discharged at a regulated reduced pressure. The device (10) including a housing (12) and a diaphragm assembly (30), wherein the housing (12) includes an apparatus for coupling to the pressurized fluid supply in a sealed manner, and a diaphragm chamber (18) adapted to communicate with the fluid receiving space through a fluid discharging passage (23) and being separated from the pressurized fluid supply by a barrier wall (26) having a central port (28) extending therethrough, wherein the diaphragm assembly (30) includes an elastic diaphragm (31) connected to a throttle head (34) by a stem (32), the stem (32) extending through the central port (28) to define a flow passage therein, and the diaphragm (31) being secured along its periphery to the housing (12) so that in its initial position, the diaphragm (31) rests on a planar upper surface of the barrier wall (26).

A polymeric membrane, clamped between the first and second shells, thus defining a first and a second chambers sealingly separated by the membrane. A joint between the first and second polymeric shells, strong enough to withstand the pressures reigning in either chamber and ensuring fluid tightness between the two chambers; wherein, all polymeric components of said pressure regulating valve are made of the same polymer class.

    摘要: In order to achieve seal durability and bring about a damping action for a piston-type pressure regulating valve, a pressure regulating valve of the present invention is characterized by a valve moving member moving in such a manner as to cause communication or block communication between a primary chamber and a secondary chamber within a case, wherein a plurality of central members are arranged between the case and the valve moving member and the plurality of central members are taken to be different materials. It is then possible to bring about both a damping action and seal durability using the central members by providing central members of different materials.

    摘要: A flow control device is disclosed. The flow control device comprises a pressure reducing valve. The pressure reducing valve comprises a valve body having at least an inlet port on a high side and an outlet port on a low side and having walls defining a regulating chamber, the outlet port in fluid communication with the regulating chamber. A diaphragm assembly is provided having a diaphragm and a stem for engaging the diaphragm. The stem has a base and a connecting arm. The diaphragm engages the main valve at a perimeter thereof so as to partially enclose the regulating chamber. A valve controlled opening cooperating with the connecting arm of the stem, is located between the inlet port and the regulating chamber. The valve controlled opening is adapted to adjustably restrict the flow of gas between the inlet port and the regulating chamber responsive to movement of the connecting arm. A main spring is provided for engaging the diaphragm and urging it toward valve controlled opening. The base of the stem includes a lower surface that is channeled so as to assist the flow of gas from the valve controlled opening to the regulating chamber.

The pressure stabilization unit is disposed in a first directional intake passage formed in the tool main body for controlling the pressure of the air guided by the first directional intake passage into an air chamber of the tool main body. Accordingly, excessively great intake pressure can be avoided so as to avoid over-torque output of the pneumatic tool. In this case, the pneumatic tool can stably output power within a safety range in accordance with the requirements of actual use. The pressure stabilization unit can be a pressure stabilizer or a pressure relief valve.
