Abstract:
An apparatus for removing a dud is disclosed, which makes it possible to safely remove a dud from various kinds of guns used as long-range firepower when a shell is caught in the inner diameter of a gun barrel and thus is not discharged. The apparatus includes a forward driving means providing a propulsive force for forwarding the apparatus along an inner surface of a gun barrel, a press driving part directly connected to the forward driving means and having a built-in motor to provide a rotating force, a sticking means connected to the press driving part and extended to an outside to be tightly stuck on the inner surface of the gun barrel by a main shaft being rotated by the motor, and a pushing part having one end part connected to the sticking means and the other end part coupled to a cap that is in contact with the dud, and pushing the cap through a forward movement of the main shaft after the sticking on the inner surface of the gun barrel is performed by the sticking means.
Abstract:
An automatic cleaning apparatus for a gun barrel is disclosed, which includes a wheel contacting an inner surface of the gun barrel and a brush or non-woven fabric rotating against the inner surface of the gun barrel which is applied with a cleaning solution or anti-corrosive oil, and moves forward by rotation of the wheel. The automatic cleaning apparatus includes a gear housing interposed between a front wheel and a rear wheel which are rotated in cooperation with a motor, and having a penetrated axial center part, a main shaft installed in the center part of the gear housing, and coupled to the motor and rotated by the motor, a sun gear disposed in a direction perpendicular to an axial direction of the gear housing, and coupled to the main shaft, a plurality of planetary gears positioned in a through-hole formed on the gear housing, restrained by a fastening bolt to mesh with the sun gear to rotate on its axis, and an external gear meshed with outer surfaces of the planetary gears, the brush or non-woven fabric being detachably engaged to the external gear.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composition for the prevention and the treatment of cardiovascular disease containing extracts of T. nucifera or abietane diterpenoid compound or terpenoid compound isolated from the same as an effective ingredient. T. nucifera extracts or abietane diterpenoid compound or terpenoid compound isolated from the same of the present invention not only shows excellent anti-oxidative activity to LDL but also effectively inhibits ACAT activity. Further, T. nucifera extracts of the present invention reduce blood LDL cholesterol and total cholesterol. Therefore, the composition of the present invention can be effectively used for the prevention and the treatment of cardiovascular diseases including hyperlipidemia and atherosclerosis caused by the LDL oxidation and the synthesis and accumulation of cholesteryl ester.
Abstract:
The invention includes pharmaceutically active compounds and methods of treatment and pharmaceutical compositions that utilize or comprise one or more such compounds. Compounds of the invention are particularly useful for treatment or prophylaxis of undesired thrombosis.
Abstract:
A method for controlling a peripheral system (or a plurality of peripheral devices) and a fuel cell system using the same. The method includes: allocating an operation priority to the peripheral devices; storing information of the operation priority; and sequentially operating the peripheral devices by using electric energy stored in a small capacity electricity storage device according to the operation priority. The fuel cell system includes: the plurality of peripheral devices; an electricity storage device electrically connected with the peripheral devices; and a controller for sequentially operating the peripheral devices by using electric energy stored in the electricity storage device according to an operation priority.
Abstract:
Provided is a TRAS in a TDD wireless communication system. In the TRAS, a circulator transmits a signal received from a PA to an antenna feed line and a signal received from the antenna feed line to a reflector. The reflector fully reflects the signal received from the circulator when a reflection operation is turned on in transmission mode, and transmits the signal received from the circulator to a wireless switch, such as, an RF switch when the reflection operation is turned off in reception mode. The RF switch transmits or blocks the signal received from the reflector to or from an LNA according to the transmission or reception mode.
Abstract:
A stack for a fuel cell includes a first collecting plate having a first electric polarity, a second collecting plate having a second electric polarity different from the first electric polarity, and at least one electricity generator located between the collecting plates. The at least one electricity generator is for generating electric energy due to electrochemical reaction between hydrogen and oxygen to be collected by the collecting plates. Coupling members press the at least one electricity generator in an airtight connection between the collecting plates. A terminal member protrudes from the second collecting plate and is electrically connected to the first collecting plate and insulated from the second collecting plate, such that the terminal member is used as a first terminal having the first polarity. The second collecting plate or a second terminal member may also be used as a second terminal having the second polarity.
Abstract:
The invention provides an embedded multilayer chip capacitor, and a printed circuit board having the same. The embedded multilayer chip capacitor comprises a capacitor body having a plurality of dielectric layers stacked one on another; a plurality of first and second internal electrodes formed inside the capacitor body, separated by the dielectric layers; and first and second vias extended vertically inside the capacitor body. The first via is connected to the first internal electrodes and the second via is connected to the second internal electrodes. The first via is led to a bottom of the capacitor body and the second via is led to a top of the capacitor body.
