The method further includes in response to determining that the speech proficiency value satisfies a threshold proficiency value: displaying training text via the display device; obtaining, from the audio sensor, speech data associated with the training text, wherein the speech data is characterized by the speech proficiency value; determining, using a speech classifier, one or more speech characterization vectors for the speech data based on linguistic features within the speech data; and adjusting one or more operational values of the speech classifier based on the one or more speech characterization vectors and the speech proficiency value.

摘要: A “smart” urinary catheterization training device Includes sensors, electronics, etc. to allow clinicians to practice urinary catheterization procedures with instruction and/or feedback for training purposes. The device includes a human anatomy body model that defines a urinary bladder and a proximal urethra model. The device may include an actuator operable to impinge upon the proximal urethra model to provide varied simulation experiences with different levels of difficulty. The device may include a sensor operative to sense catheter presence and provide an output signal that is used to cause delivery of a haptic, audible or other signal to provide positive or negative feedback to the clinician. The device may include a smart glass display positioned to overlie the body model and display at least one of textual, graphical and visual instructions to guide a clinician in performing a catheterization procedure.
