Abstract:
An electronic cigarette is provided. The electronic cigarette includes an electronic cigarette body. The electronic cigarette body includes a suction end, a liquid container for containing cigarette liquid, an atomizing assembly for atomizing the cigarette liquid and a battery rod assembly for supplying power to the atomizing assembly. The atomizing assembly and the battery rod assembly are inserted in the liquid container. The whole structure of the electronic cigarette is compact and the external size of the electronic cigarette is small. The user may not get scalded when the atomizing assembly works or in the case that an excessive discharging is caused due to, for example, a short circuit in the battery rod assembly; and the heat can be rapidly dissipated through the heat absorption of the cigarette liquid in the liquid container in case of the excessive discharging.
Abstract:
The invention is related to a system and method for preventing a loss of an electronic cigarette case. The system comprises a first receiving and transmitting module, a first alarm module, a first control module, a second receiving and transmitting module and a second control module. The second receiving and transmitting module and the second control module are connected and are arranged together on an electronic cigarette. The first receiving and transmitting module and the first alarm module are respectively connected to the first control module, and are arranged together on the electronic cigarette case used for accommodating an electronic cigarette. The first receiving and transmitting module and the second receiving and transmitting module are in a wireless communication connection within a preset range. The system and method for preventing the loss of the electronic cigarette case has a beneficial effect of preventing the loss of the electronic cigarette case.

An electronic cigarette identification device, electronic cigarette case, and a method for identifying an electronic cigarette, the device comprises an electronic cigarette and an electronic cigarette case, the electronic cigarette comprises an identification information generation module, and the electronic cigarette case comprises a power supply battery, a microprocessor, and an identification information receiving module; the microprocessor is connected to the power supply battery and the identification information receiving module; the identification information generation module outputs an identification information to the identification information receiving module by means of wired or wireless transmission; the identification information receiving module receives, converts and sends the identification information to the microprocessor; the microprocessor identifies whether the electronic cigarette case and the electronic cigarette match. Thus the invention avoids the problems of being impossible to know whether the electronic cigarette case matches the electronic cigarette before charging, and being impossible to stop the charging if mismatching.

An atomization assembly configured to be combined with a battery assembly to form an electronic cigarette comprises a mouthpiece and a body detachable with the mouthpiece. The body includes an open end to discharge smoke into the mouthpiece, an oil storage cavity for storing tobacco oil is defined inside the body, a receiving groove is defined at the open end, an filler hole connected to the oil storage cavity is defined on a bottom wall of the receiving groove, and an elastomeric seal for sealing up the filler hole is received in the receiving groove. By implementing the filler hole, it is easier to add the tobacco oil, and by implementing the elastomeric seal, the tobacco oil can be avoided leaking out. Further, the atomization assembly is provided with simple structure, compact connection and easy assembly.

This present application relates to a battery assembly, an electronic cigarette, and a method for manufacturing the electronic cigarette, the battery assembly comprises a main body emitting light in an operating state, and a cover arranged on one end of the main body, wherein the cover is a light transmission body of a solid structure; the cover is oppositely provided with an internal end surface facing the main body and an external end surface exposed outside the main body; and a pattern layer is arranged on the internal end surface; a vent groove configured for connecting an internal of the main body with the external air is defined on a peripheral surface of the cover. In this way, the pattern layer can be not easily to get worn and scratched, and when the electronic cigarette is in use, the cover is not easy to shake and cause sharp noises.

An electronic cigarette and an atomizing device of the electronic cigarette are provided. The atomizing device is assembled with a battery assembly to form an electronic cigarette. The atomizing device includes a heating member formed by a heating wire and a fixation mechanism for the heating wire. The fixation mechanism for the heating wire is a ceramic fixation mechanism. The ceramic fixation mechanism includes a ceramic base and a ceramic cap, which are made of a ceramic material or surfaces of which are ceramic material layers. The ceramic base is provided with a groove in connection with an end portion of the ceramic base. The ceramic cap is mounted on the ceramic base and covers the groove. The heating wire is mounted on the ceramic base and is located in a space enclosed by the ceramic cap and the groove.

The atomization assembly (1) comprises an atomization sleeve (10) and an atomization base (11) disposed in the atomization sleeve (10). An airflow channel (15) allowing a smoke airflow to flow is disposed in the atomization sleeve (10). A ventilation hole (100) in communication with the airflow channel (15) is disposed in the atomization base (11). The atomization assembly (1) also comprises a one-way valve (120) used for preventing the airflow from flowing towards a battery assembly (2). The one-way valve (120) is mounted in the ventilation hole (100) or on an outer side of one end of the ventilation hole (100) and is corresponding to the ventilation hole (100) in position. The airflow is prevented from flowing towards the battery assembly (2), and accordingly, mistaken control of a control module (21) in the battery assembly (2) can be prevented.

One end of the battery rod (100) is provided with a first electrode (101) and a second electrode (102) both electrically connected to the electronic cigarette charging apparatus. The electronic cigarette charging apparatus includes a first magnetic charging electrode (2). The first charging electrode (2) is provided with at least one butted curved surface corresponding to the position of the first electrode (101) or the second electrode (102). During the charging, the first charging electrode (2) abuts against and is in magnetic attraction with the first electrode (101) or the second electrode (102) to form conductive connection. The implementation of the electronic cigarette charging apparatus has the beneficial effects: the electronic cigarette charging apparatus can increase the contact area of the charging electrode (2) and the battery rod (100), and the charging is stable.

An electronic cigarette and a method for detecting battery rod insertion into or removal from an electronic cigarette case. The electronic cigarette case is used for charging an electronic cigarette battery rod having a built-in magnet. The electronic cigarette case comprises: a microprocessor, a Hall sensor module, a battery rod charging interface and a charging circuit. The Hall sensor module is connected to the microprocessor. The charging circuit is connected to the microprocessor. The battery rod charging interface is connected to the charging circuit. The beneficial effect is that insertion or removal of a battery rod can be accurately identified on the basis of changes in a magnetic field, thus controlling the turning-on or turning-off of the charging circuit, providing a user with a novel charging scheme, better meeting customer needs, and enhancing user experience.

A battery component and an electronic cigarette are disclosed. The battery component comprises an outer sleeve pipe and a battery. The battery comprises a first electrode and a second electrode. The battery component also comprises a first charging electrode-arranged at an one end of the outer sleeve pipe and electrically connected to the first electrode, and a second charging electrode arranged on the outer wall of the outer sleeve pipe and electrically connected to the second electrode. The beneficial effect of implementing the present invention is that: the battery component employs the first charging electrode arranged on one end of the outer sleeve pipe and the second charging electrode arranged on the outer wall of the outer sleeve pipe, when charging the battery component, only the first charging electrode and the second charging electrode need to be inserted into a charger, thus conserving charging operation time.
