Abstract:
A single-phase AC motor control circuit for a dryer, including a starting control unit, a first drive circuit, a bidirectional triode thyristor BCR1, a second drive circuit, and a bidirectional triode thyristor BCR2. The bidirectional triode thyristor BCR1 is serially connected to a motor starting winding, and a starting capacitor, and then to a utility power AC input. The starting control unit is connected to a control end of the bidirectional triode thyristor BCR1 via the first drive circuit. The bidirectional triode thyristor BCR2 is serially connected to an electrically heated strip, and then to the utility power AC input. The starting control unit is connected to a control end of the bidirectional triode thyristor BCR2 via the second drive circuit. The first drive circuit is interlocked with the second drive circuit.
Abstract:
The lighting delay circuit can keep a light being on for a predetermined time then turn off the light. The circuit comprises a thermistor to sense temperature around the light when the light is on, an electronic switch controlled by the thermistor, and a relay controlled by the electronic switch to turn off the light when the electronic switch is turned on.
Abstract:
A daughter circuit board of an electronically commutated motor for interface signal conversion, having circuit units integrated on the daughter circuit and eight ports for communicating with a control system of a user terminal, the daughter circuit board being plugged into a motor controller for signal conversion so that the motor controller communicates with the control system of the user terminal. The eight ports include an input port of power supply, a port of mode selection, a signal port of PWM, a R/T port for data transmission between the daughter circuit board and the control system of the user terminal, a port of COM, a port for fault signal output, a port of power indication, and a port of speed feedback. The daughter circuit board is simple, easy to correspond with various control systems of user terminals, and accords to the latest electric standard thereby facilitating management and popularization.
Abstract:
An auto-shut off circuit includes a relay, a voltage conversion device, a first diode, a second diode, a third diode, a capacitor, a first transistor, and a second transistor. The relay includes a coil and a switch. The auto-shut off circuit disconnects an electronic device from a power supply when the electronic device is not at a working state.
Abstract:
A printed circuit board includes a power layer, a ground layer, a signal layer, and a backboard. The backboard is arranged below the signal layer opposite to the ground layer. A number of vias are formed from the backboard through the signal layer, and then connected to the ground layer.
Abstract:
A layout method of a differential pair generates the differential pair between a differential signal sender and a differential signal receiver in a printed circuit board (PCB). Differential signal is transmitted via two wires. A plurality of vertical lines are created at a breakout section and a trace section of the differential pair. Junctions of the vertical lines and the two wires are defined as pair of points. A first distance between one pin of the differential signal sender and a corresponding point of each pair of points and a second distance between the other pin of the differential signal sender and the other corresponding point of each pair of points are calculated. If a difference between the first distance and the second distance does not fall within an allowable range, the two wires are adjusted.
Abstract:
A motor, including a body, including a housing, a stator, and a rotor, and a controller, including a control box, and a control circuit board. The body is disposed at the top of the motor. The controller is disposed at the bottom of the motor. The control circuit board is disposed in the control box. A rotary dip switch is disposed at the bottom of the control box. The control circuit board includes a power board, and a control board. The rotary dip switch is electrically connected to the control board. The rotary dip switch controls different functions of the motor.
Abstract:
A motor with a body, including: a housing, a stator, and a rotor; and a controller, including a control box, and a control circuit board. The body is disposed at the top of the motor. The controller is disposed at the bottom of the motor. The control circuit board is disposed in the control box. The control box extends from a side of the housing and forms a platform. A control cable and a power line enter the control box via the platform, and are connected to the control circuit board. The control cable and the power line are sealed via a sealing screw joint and a nut.
