Abstract: This relates to a method for diagnosing a sensor for a motor vehicle, and to the vehicle, the method including: a) a step of detecting errors in the measurements taken by the sensor; b) a first phase of commanding the cleaning of the sensor; and c) a step of cancelling the detection of measurement errors by the sensor if the difference between the first variation in the richness level determined on the basis of the parameter relating to the pumping current and the second variation determined on the basis of the variation in the voltage across the terminals of the sensor is: i) less than a predefined maximum tolerance threshold; and ii) greater than a predefined minimum tolerance threshold.

Abstract: A system includes: an electrical connector that includes: an electrically insulating housing that defines an interior region; a conductive shell on the insulating housing; and an electrical conductor in the interior region. The system also includes a thermal sensing apparatus that includes: a temperature sensor; and a temperature display visible from an exterior of the electrical connector. The temperature display is configured to provide a persistent indication of a maximum temperature measured by the temperature sensor after the temperature measured by the temperature sensor has decreased relative to the maximum.

Abstract: A temperature measurement circuit for measuring a temperature using a temperature sensitive element includes a voltage control circuit configured to apply a control voltage to the temperature sensitive element. The temperature measurement circuit includes a first switching circuit configured to switch levels of the control voltage based on a current flowing through the temperature sensitive element. The temperature measurement circuit includes a conversion circuit configured to convert the current flowing through the temperature sensitive element into a voltage level corresponding to the measured temperature, by using predetermined conversion gain. The temperature measurement circuit includes a second switching circuit configured to switch values of the conversion gain based on the voltage level.
