    摘要: There is provided a sealing material for a thin plate member which eliminates the need to form seal grooves as in prior art when applied to a thin plate member such as a cell of a secondary battery such as a redox flow battery, a fuel cell and a lead storage battery, and which provides satisfactory sealing and can compactify and reduce in weight a device to be used and facilitate assembling with reduced cost as well as allowing more cells to be stacked resulting in improving fuel capacity. The annular sealing material for a thin plate member that provides sealing between thin plate members includes a lateral sealing body disposed on a lateral of the thin plate member, and a pair of sealing legs branching from the lateral sealing body in a fork shape and disposed on the front surface and the back surface of the thin plate member.

The vacuum processing apparatus includes a vacuum container which has a processing chamber inside thereof, wherein the pressure inside the processing chamber is reduced and plasma used for processing a sample is formed inside the processing chamber, a bed portion which is arranged below the vacuum container and stores a device for supplying electricity and electric signals used for processing inside the vacuum container, and a transport chamber which is connected with the vacuum container and includes a transport device for transporting the sample inside thereof. The vacuum processing apparatus further includes a connector portion which is mounted on the bed portion in a state that the connector portion faces a lower portion of the transport chamber, wherein the bed portion is configured to be detachably mounted on the vacuum processing apparatus in a state that the bed portion performs the connection and the disconnection at the connector portion.

    摘要: The present invention aims at providing a debugging mechanism capable of detecting erroneous read access to a bus slave caused by a synchronization control infringement between bus masters due to a failure of software. Each of a dirty detector and a coherency error detector is used as a detector for monitoring a bus control unit and, during a period that write access corresponding to optionally designated conditions is present on a write buffer, detecting read access corresponding to conditions equal to the aforementioned conditions. A bus master includes a debugging unit. The debugging unit receives a coherency error notification from the coherency error detector to generate a debugging event, breaks an operation of the bus master, and performs various debugging operations while using the debugging event as a trigger.
