    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a reference signal transmission method. In one example method, physical layer signaling is received by a terminal device. The physical layer signaling includes configuration information. The configuration information indicates a time domain resource of a reference signal. The time domain resource of the reference signal is determined by the terminal device according to the configuration information. The reference signal and a first physical channel is sent by the terminal device. The reference signal is used for demodulation of the first physical channel.

    Abstract: Embodiments disclose a data transmission method and a related apparatus, to enable a network device to schedule uplink transmission and a time resource on which the uplink transmission is located. One method includes transmitting, by a terminal device, a scheduling request, where the scheduling request includes information about at least one first transport block. The method also includes receiving, by the terminal device, scheduling information on a first time resource, and determining, by the terminal device, a target time resource, where the target time resource includes a second time resource or a third time resource, and a time interval between the second time resource and the first time resource is greater than a time interval between the third time resource and the first time resource. The method further includes transmitting, by the terminal device, a second transport block on the target time resource based on the scheduling information.

    Abstract: The present invention provides an uplink data sending method. The method includes: receiving, by a terminal device, scheduling signaling in at least one downlink time interval in a downlink time interval set, where the scheduling signaling is used to schedule uplink data, and any downlink time interval in the downlink time interval set belongs to a downlink subframe n; determining, by the terminal device, an uplink time interval corresponding to the at least one downlink time interval, where the any downlink time interval in the downlink time interval set is corresponding to the determined uplink time interval, the determined uplink time interval belongs to an uplink subframe n+k, and k is equal to 0, 1, 2, or 3; and sending, by the terminal device, the uplink data in the determined uplink time interval. In the foregoing solution, a latency from receiving scheduling information to sending uplink data can be reduced.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide methods for transmitting and receiving a control channel, a base station, and a user equipment, which relate to the communication field, and can solve a transmission problem of available changing transmission resources caused by introduction of an E-PDCCH. A method for configuring a control channel resource includes: determining, by a base station according to a system configuration and/or user configuration, resource elements REs included in an extended control channel element E-CCE, and transmitting an extended physical downlink control channel E-PDCCH to a user equipment, where the E-PDCCH is carried by the E-CCE; and receiving, by the user equipment, the E-PDCCH, and obtaining the REs included in the E-CCE, and receiving, over the REs included in the E-CCE, the E-PDCCH transmitted by the base station. The embodiments of the present invention are used for configuring and detecting a control channel resource.

    Abstract: A base station determines a feedback manner of hybrid automatic repeat request HARQ feedback information of user equipment, where the feedback manner includes: feeding back the HARQ feedback information, or skipping feeding back the HARQ feedback information. The base station also determines first signaling according to the feedback manner of the HARQ feedback information, where the first signaling implicitly indicates the feedback manner of the HARQ feedback information. The base station sends the first signaling to the user equipment, so that the user equipment determines the feedback manner of the HARQ feedback information according to the first signaling.

    Abstract: A random access method and a related apparatus are disclosed. A user equipment receives first signaling from a base station through a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH), and receives second signaling from the base station through a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) or an enhanced physical downlink control channel (ePDCCH), where the first signaling includes a first time division duplexing TDD uplink-downlink configuration, and the second signaling includes a second TDD uplink-downlink configuration; the user equipment determines, according to the first TDD uplink-downlink configuration, an uplink subframe for sending a random access message; and the user equipment sends the random access message to the base station in the determined uplink subframe.

    Abstract: Embodiments disclose a resource assignment method and a device. The method includes determining a first downlink subframe set, where the first downlink subframe set is associated with a first uplink subframe in both a first uplink-downlink configuration and a second uplink-downlink configuration; and determining, in the first uplink subframe, a first PUCCH resource region according to HARQ timing of the first uplink-downlink configuration, where the first PUCCH resource region is a resource region reserved for HARQ feedback information for the first downlink subframe set. A quantity and sequence numbers of elements under a first uplink-downlink configuration is used for all downlink subframes in a first downlink subframe set of later-released UE, so that a same first PUCCH resource region is assigned, so as to implement assignment of a PUCCH resource region to the later-released UE in a system compatible with two types of UEs.
